Amazing stay in the Humber Lofts for my other half’s birthday. Was good process of checking in. Knew information and where to part before hand. Apartment itself was really spacious, very clean and well decorated. Bathroom was amazing. Will definitely be back

Had a proper sound time staying at Humber Lofts in Hull. The whole set-up is great. The apartment itself was brilliant—dead clean, modern, and had everything you need. The bed was super comfy, and it was nice and quiet for a solid night's sleep. Location-wise, it’s spot on for getting around the city. The highlight has to be the team running the show. I actually made a complete hash of my booking and didn't book enough beds for everyone. I rang them up in a panic, and they sorted me out straight away. No hassle, very efficient, and proper friendly. Honestly, can't fault the place. Good value, quality accommodation, and cracking service. I'd definitely recommend it and will be back next time I’m up North.

Top-Tier Stay with Stellar Staff Humber Lofts in Hull provided a fantastic experience, largely due to the amazing staff. From efficient pre-arrival communication to swift assistance with on-site parking queries, the team was professional, incredibly helpful, and ensured a seamless stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, quiet, and the bed was supremely comfortable. The central location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hull. The beautiful accommodation paired with their exceptional service is unbeatable! I will certainly return.

We stayed here when visiting Hull for a friends engagement party. It’s wonderful. The staff can’t do enough to help, the suite was spotless, the entry system was so easy to use - best we’ve seen in any accommodation. The little touches like providing milk, loo paper etc made the welcome great. Self service but hotel quality. Hands down the best stay in Hull we’ve had.

I recently stayed at Humber Lofts in Hull and had an excellent experience. The apartment was spotless, modern and really comfortable. Everything felt well looked after and the facilities were much better than a standard hotel room. The bed was comfortable, the WiFi worked perfectly and having a proper kitchen made the stay feel relaxed and homely. The location is perfect with everything in the city centre just a short walk away. It was quiet at night too which made it easy to get a good sleep. What really made the stay stand out was the staff. Every interaction was genuinely positive. They were amazing and incredibly helpful from the moment I booked until the moment I checked out. Nothing felt like too much trouble and they were always quick to answer questions or sort anything I needed. It made the whole experience feel personal and very well supported. Check in was simple and the clear instructions made it easy to get inside with no fuss. It was great to arrive on my own schedule and get straight into the apartment. Parking is quite limited so it is worth checking availability in advance but once parked it felt safe and convenient. Overall this was a brilliant place to stay. Clean modern and comfortable with outstanding staff who really made the visit special. I would definitely stay again.

Firstly, the customer service I received prior to move in was attentive and helpful. The confirmation had gone to another email address, so I was unaware of the procedure prior check in. The manager (Richard) called me though and took his time to run through what was needed and was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and flawless. The room was fabulous and they even left a little welcome pack for me and my dog. It was spotlessly clean and super quiet. The location too couldn't be better and having parking in the basement was super helpful too. Housekeeping (Glynis) was very kind and flexible as I made an error on the booking and should have been staying another day. Richard called and sorted it out for me quickly and without fuss. All in all a perfect stay. Cosy, well appointed and super modern. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I'm back in Hull. Check out at 10am is a bit inconvenient and costly if you need more time, but understandable with a small staff, unlike Hotels.

The apartment was very clean and well presented, all the amenities were modern and can't really fault anything. Staff were friendly and communication was easy and straightforward when we had a slight issue. Would stay again.

Stayed here a few times when working in hull. Always very clean and homely. Apartments are very spacious with all mod cons. I save on eating out as each has a kitchen with additional touches like milk, coffee and tea. Will definitely stay again when next working in hull. Highly recommend.

The staff were unfriendly and aggressive. And the checkout time was so early. It was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been a Booking user for more than 15 years, and this is the first time I have written a negative review….. At first, I made a check-in on Monday, 24/10, around 6 pm, and I went to sleep quickly because I was on a trip, and then I woke up in the morning. After that, I went to the bathroom and was surprised that there was no hot water. I had a necessary meeting, and I was late. After a long working day, I returned to the apartment at about five in the evening and informed customer service that there was no hot water, and someone told me I had to press the Boost button on the heater keyboard. Then I pressed the button and waited for more than an hour and then contacted them, but the response was strange (currently we cannot provide you with any service, and tomorrow morning we will help you) Then I called Booking’s customer service and informed them of the problem, and an hour later, I received an email saying that the booking customer service tried to contact the service provider, but there was no response. On the last day, which was Friday, 10/24, I woke up late. It was around ten in the morning, and I informed the hotel management that I needed an hour late check out because I woke up late, so they told me that it would cost me 30 pounds, so I agreed because I had no other choice.. After that, I went out Of the apartment and asked the hotel management to put a bag for an hour because it was a large piece, but the response was the building did not contain luggage storage. After that, I received a link for the additional fees… At about two o’clock in the afternoon, I received an email from the building administration stating that the amount deducted was 50 pounds, not 30 pounds … then I sent a message to verify the reason for removing 50 pounds and not 30, according to the agreement and why this has happened without let me know, at least. It was supposed to inform the customer before adding the new amount, but that did not happen. Sorry for the long story. I'm sure I cut many things from what really happened

The apartments are new and look very good and everything you need is there. The bed was comfy and warm. It was a very pleasant stay and it was quiet when we were there which was one of our concerns. I would have given it 5 stars apart from the fact that they had changed the entry system which caused confusion not only for us as we were not informed beforehand and the instructions not updated. We also helped a couple who had trouble getting in and also another chap who was looking for his key card which is part of the system that had changed. This could have been avoided with updates. The details say there is a pint of milk in the fridge which is not the case, it is a very little bottle.
