“Recently stayed for 11 weeks on a business trip from New Zealand with 2 work colleges, beds were amazing , shower was fantastic. Great little kitchen and loved the radio. Having a pin code to enter the rooms is so nice , no need to worry about a key. Would definitely stay there again if I ever return to Hull.We absolutely loved walking into our rooms on a Monday after the team serviced the rooms. Thank you Jodie and team for making our stay a comfortable one.”

“As I was new to Hull city and I found this place cheaper than other hotels. I must say Glenn is a superb person who finds some time for his guests and deal them with a big smile and big heart. Alan is always there just on one text which is super quick. I love how beautifully they've organized this little place. The main entrance area isn't less than an antique piece of art. Amazing... For me it's 10/5 place to live. It's really near to shopping centre and water fall. Hope to see you guys next week.. thankyou so much for making such a suitable place to live for people like me”

“Once again we left our mainecoons with John. We have used this cattery for a number of years now and would never use anywhere else. The pens are spotless and it is very homely with a radio playing in the background. My elderly mainecoon suffers from separation anxiety, but this has never been an issue when at gilberdyke cat hotel. There attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you John for looking after them so well again.”

“Such a amazing place! I highly recommend if you want to send your pup/dog to a daycare whilst you work or attend a event, really fast responses. Send you updates of your pet through out the day, the ladies are so lovely that work there and are highly professional. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, worth every penny. “The location of the apartment was perfect and we parked across the road - no more than a 5 minute walk. £9.50 for 24 hours was slightly more expensive than other car parks but still cheap in our book! There was no one in the reception area but we had everything we needed and we were also able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time to allow us to then spend the afternoon with family. The apartment was on the top floor so might not be great for people with physical issues. It was warm and comforting and definitely a home away from home. We didn't spend long in the apartment but I'd recommend slippers or slides as the floor is worn and old but in keeping with the character of the house. We'd definitely consider staying there again.”

“A truly beautiful afternoon tea. Upgraded to champagne and so glad we did ~ it’s delicious. Seated in the Bloomsbury Room with gorgeous views, we were made welcome and were very well looked after by the lovely staff. The food was served on exquisite hand painted china with a matching tea set for the choice of tea. Everything was delicious and we had several fresh pots of tea offered to us ~ we did not feel rushed at any point. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you all for making it so special.”

“We stayed in the hotel whilst visiting a family member who was in hospital. The room was very clean and cosey and the staff were exceptional! They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us and solve any problems we had, including posting our spare car keys to us after we left them behind. The hotel is close to the town centre without being too close and parking is no problem.”

“This superb Beverley hotel has exceeded themselves. I refer to the Nania, witch and the wardrobe Christmas theme they have created at the hotel. The new entrance to the heated and covered outside terrace is a delight. Entering through the huge doors to a Christmas tree forest and on to the seating area where more decorated and lit trees is an experience not to be missed. I loved the small plate terrace menu, the perfect food alternative to “Christmas Fayre” Fabulous food in a fantastic setting. Looked after by staff that were professional and attentive and seemed to enjoy making the visit enjoyable to their guests. All involved in this delight from the directors of Thwaites brewery down to the pot washer should be proud. Because you’ve created something that Beverley can be proud of too.”

“The team at Northwood are second to none. Very thorough and strict on compliance. This is hugely important when being a landlord. I appreciated the fact that they found me multiple tenants in no time whatsoever. Only having a 1 to 2 month gap in over 6 years was amazing. There is never a lapse in communication. With some large agents you feel like just a number whereas at Northwood there is always a personal feel. Shannon, John and team do a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them. By the way i used the service that covered full management and it was worth the little extra. Thanks Mark”

“Woofles is a splendid hotel, my two Cocker spaniels are happy to spend time in the beautifully appointed facility. They enjoy their play times in the secure field, having plenty of space to run around and explore. One of my Spaniels is very nervous, with the time and patience given to her on her first visit she settled and now loves going.”
