Excellent cattery. Kept me updated on my cat's stay via WhatsApp. She was the happiest I've seen her at a cattery when I picked her up. Will definitely be going again.
Had Shadow there for a week, she was really well looked after. Lovely people and a really nice atmosphere.
The best cattery in Hull and surrounding areas. Our Cat who is very much a homebody loves going and always comes back happy. The cattery is immaculately clean, always warm and welcoming. The staff are lovely and their links to Cat Protection just make everything better. Neville won’t go anywhere else now and we are thrilled he’s found a home from home. (If you have cats with allergies or dietary requirements too this Cattery cater well for that and they’ve followed our cats strict little plan to a tee.) thank you Rosedale, we’re so grateful.
We've been bringing our lovely cats here for many years on a regular basis and both cats have been so well cared for. All the staff are wonderful. We can leave Olly here safe in the knowledge that he is happy, content and well looked after. We recommended to friends who now bring their cat here even though they live some miles away. Thank you Ali and staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I choose this place for my Ragdolls as I was advised I would get daily updates and photos , I did have a look around and all seemed good, while I was away I had to call to check if they had settled in and they did not know which cats I was on about. She left me on hold and came back to say how wonderful they are and are loving it I got 1 photo on what's app and had to call again later in the week to check as I was away 10 days. , we could not wait to pick them up , I was disappointed I had to wait outside for them to bring the cats to my car as I was told I would be able to go to them
Brilliant place, have been taking our cat Suki Sue here for years. Would recommend to anyone wanting a clean, friendly cattery .
Facilities are fine, and staff are brilliant. Have been using this place for more than fifteen years and have no wish to go elsewhere.
Lovely place the cats have a holiday of their own. The staff the are so lovely polite and friendly prices are good and the facilities...its almost better than the cats home life !! 1000% recommend !!
My 2 have been going to rosedale for a long time, I wouldn't let them go anywhere else. The surroundings are lovely, looking out onto a pretty courtyard. Each unit has access to indoor and outdoor enclosures and they are spotlessly clean. All the staff are lovely and caring and my cats come home happy and healthy
We have been taking our cats here for years, excellent service, friendly staff, good facilities and a reasonable price. Would highly recommend them.
