“The location of the apartment was perfect and we parked across the road - no more than a 5 minute walk. £9.50 for 24 hours was slightly more expensive than other car parks but still cheap in our book! There was no one in the reception area but we had everything we needed and we were also able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time to allow us to then spend the afternoon with family. The apartment was on the top floor so might not be great for people with physical issues. It was warm and comforting and definitely a home away from home. We didn't spend long in the apartment but I'd recommend slippers or slides as the floor is worn and old but in keeping with the character of the house. We'd definitely consider staying there again.”

All members of staff were polite, friendly, and demonstrated excellent customer care and service. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Dominic, who went above and beyond on several occasions. On my first night, when my room was uncomfortably warm, Dominic promptly assisted with sorting out the air conditioning and personally delivered a fan to ensure my comfort. On the second night, while I was at the bar, he kindly arranged for a pizza for other guests after the kitchen had closed – a thoughtful gesture that really showcased his commitment to guest satisfaction. Dominic’s professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly stood out and made a positive impact on my stay. He is a real credit to your team and embodies the values of excellent hospitality.”

“Stayed here for one night 1st September for the first time. Great location for us just a minutes walk from train station too. All staff very friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel from check in to reception and breakfast staff all fantastic. Room nice and comfy bed. Had early morning breakfast able to grab cereal and toast and a coffee. Would definitely come back and stay again.”

“Missus and son were able to go for a walk on the Bridge. Don't linger too long on the bridge though - the cops come and ask if you're ok, just minding your own business having a sit down. I guess there's a lot of jumpers.”

“My wife and I found ourselves hungry and tired from walking around the marina area which is a revelation to see it so much changed. (I am 81 tears old and was born in the city of Hull and know a lot about the place). We called in at the hotel to see if we could get a light lunch and were greeted warmly and our dog was welcomed as well. The meal was superb and the pizza was by far the best I had ever been served anywhere. The staff were helpful and the place was warm and clean. We were served by a guy called Adam. “Could not fault the staff. The day before we stayed we had a phone call to ask if it was a special occasion, it was my daughters birthday, they put treats in my daughters room and gave her a card. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. This is the best Premier Inn we have stayed in and that is down to the staff.”

“From the first phone call with Andrew who catered for my requests upon this visist. I Stayed here whilst on a driving course.... The staff were lovely. Special shout out for Lindsey at Breakfast who was very warm and welcoming every morning, even at 630!. Also the young lady on the leisure centre desk who remembered me and my room number even after one visit. Too employees who just go that extra bit to make guests feel welcome. Food was lovely with a great atmosphere. Well done Village Hull....”

“Had a very pleasant stay. I stayed for 10 days. The price was reasonable.The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. When I had an issue with hot water in my room they let me use the shower in the adjacent room. Overall had a very good experience and would highly recommend.”

“A real gem of a place. First time visitors. Lunch menu was good and very on the ball with their allergen information. I had scampi and chips, very plentiful and the scampi was beautiful. Husband had a flat bread with rump steak, beautifully presented and delicious. The onion rings were like cart wheels! Reasonable priced, cosy atmosphere and really friendly staff. Will definitely be back!”

“A truly beautiful afternoon tea. Upgraded to champagne and so glad we did ~ it’s delicious. Seated in the Bloomsbury Room with gorgeous views, we were made welcome and were very well looked after by the lovely staff. The food was served on exquisite hand painted china with a matching tea set for the choice of tea. Everything was delicious and we had several fresh pots of tea offered to us ~ we did not feel rushed at any point. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning soon. Thank you all for making it so special.”

“This superb Beverley hotel has exceeded themselves. I refer to the Nania, witch and the wardrobe Christmas theme they have created at the hotel. The new entrance to the heated and covered outside terrace is a delight. Entering through the huge doors to a Christmas tree forest and on to the seating area where more decorated and lit trees is an experience not to be missed. I loved the small plate terrace menu, the perfect food alternative to “Christmas Fayre” Fabulous food in a fantastic setting. Looked after by staff that were professional and attentive and seemed to enjoy making the visit enjoyable to their guests. All involved in this delight from the directors of Thwaites brewery down to the pot washer should be proud. Because you’ve created something that Beverley can be proud of too.”

“We stayed in the hotel whilst visiting a family member who was in hospital. The room was very clean and cosey and the staff were exceptional! They were always friendly and went out of their way to help us and solve any problems we had, including posting our spare car keys to us after we left them behind. The hotel is close to the town centre without being too close and parking is no problem.”

“Took my partner for a birthday spa break package. We absolutely loved it. It was more than what we expected. The spa facility was amazing, especially the treatments. The food was perfectly portioned and incredibly delicious. The service/Staff were super professional, I made a couple of special requests and without any questions, they make things happen. Definition would recommend. 10/10”
