“First time at an easy hotel and it was lovely. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a cheap stay, but the rooms are nice, light and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. I spoke to 3 ladies whilst I was there who all assisted me with different things with big smiles and a welcoming nature! The lady I spoke with this morning is called Rachel and she was delightful. Two other ladies assisted me last night with a key card problem and an extra heater, really fantastic staff who think on their feet and go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. I WILL BE BACK!x”

“The service hotel is in an excellent location within the City of Birmingham, England. All the shops, restaurants, attractions are within easy walking distance. It is also easily accessible by road, train and coach from across the country. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have all essential facilities included. The beds are comfortable with bedding and pillows to ensure a great sleep, which is also helped by the “black out” curtains. Water temperature and pressure is fully adjustable allowing for a perfect shower at any time.”

“A great hotel, supplemented by it's incredible staff, all of whom were so friendly, welcoming helpful, chatty and very competent. The studio room I stayed in was fantastic, incredibly clean, comfortable with every amenity required. A special mention of a the chap that helped with check in on Sunday 16th Nov around 8/9pm. He is a credit to your hotel, a great guy. Thankyou”

“Absolutely fantastic stay here. Great location and warm welcoming staff. Room was perfect. Clean, (credit to the cleaning team here) spacious and well stocked with water, tea and coffee. Bathroom was great, plenty of strong hot water and space to put your wash kit. 100% coming back here next time.”

“My husband and I spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dishes from the kitchen were absolutely delicious – every meal was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for such high-quality cuisine! I would especially like to thank Anshika, our waitress, for her exceptional service – always smiling, professional, and very attentive to every detail. She truly made our dining experience special. The reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. A big thank you as well to Valentina, the bartender, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made amazing drinks every evening. Her Espresso Martini was absolutely delicious – the best we’ve ever had! Overall, a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!”

“I am a member with Clayton hotel. As a regular guest I can say Clayton always reached my expectations. Very good staff at the reception desk. Especially the manager Mr. Andel went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable—always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. when I had an issue with the AC, he solved it right away and even upgraded my room to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent service and hospitality! Really recommend. I extended my stay because I was really happy with the hotel.”

“Had a very comfortable couple of nights here. Staff were very welcoming, fun chatty, well informed and helpful when I needed things. Attached restaurant is very good, steak was fantastic and breakfast the usual Premier Inn high standards.”

“Stayed here recently. This Premier Inn is located only about 8 minutes walk away from the Birmingham New Street train station. The hotel building is fairly new. Less than 10 years old based on my estimation. The room is of good size. Comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Premier Plus rooms are on the upper floors. I can see many business travellers staying here. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here. Definitely recommended.”

“We stayed at this hotel during December and the staff especially Lisa who made efforts to make the christmas seasin enjoyable for us and the kids , like giving them sweety bags and having a christmas tree inside our hotel room !”

“Business event, excellent customer service experienced as I checked in at 3am and given a complimentary extension to rest. Great ambience and superb location which was a quick walk into the city centre. Large deep pool- (sorry no pics as it was in use by others), nice sauna and jacuzzi .”

“Great location within walking distance of the NIA with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were on the 14th floor so we had a good view from the window. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and they had a vegetarian option too. The hotel was very busy but expected this being in the centre of Birmingham. Car park is a short walk (about 5 mins) from the hotel and we pre-booked this, which is advisable.”

“Great hotel with amazing service! We greatly enjoyed our stay! I especially want to thank the manager who was so nice to me and my son. When he heard that we had been to National Sea World he even gave my son a little animal figure.”

“We dined here before attending a performance at the Town Hall. So it was quite quiet at 5pm but it was nice and cosy and we were very well looked after. We had the early bird set menu which was very good value and was delicious. We'll definitely return for pre-show meals!”

“Stayed here for one night late September. Staff are SO friendly and helpful, right from check-in, and also at breakfast. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, which is standard corporate style, but very smart and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and, at last, some decent temperate controls that worked really quickly. It's worth getting breakfast. The buffet selection isn't huge, but it's big enough mix and the hot food was actually hot, and very tasty. It wasn't too much extra over the standard room price, so well worth it.”

“I stay here a few times a year for work and the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are a decent size and have a good desk for working. The beds are comfortable although there was some low-level noise from other rooms. The location is good, with restaurants all around and a Sainsbury's Local around the corner. Being close to a main nightlife area, the location is busy through to the late evening and is well lit. Breakfast is fine and there is a chef station for cooked-to-order eggs. It's a 20-min walk to New Street Station with some sharp but short upward inclines on the way to the hotel. Alternatively there is a metro/tram stop nearby on Broad Street with a direct frequent service to the station.”

“Attended a Church conference nearby and needed a last minute room after a late finish. The staff Luke and Paul made sure I felt safe on a Sunday evening in a city I didn't know. The rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of good options. Will recommend to those I travel with in the future.”

“Just a thank you to Kelly ( i think- blonde hair). She was so accommodating and went out her to makesure i was comfortable. I also lost my bag and she bought it to my room. Thank you Kelly. I couldnt personally thank you but hope the company appreciates the level of service you provide. You an asset to them.”

“Staff are lovely, so helpful and friendly in fact they are probably the best members of staff we have encountered in all the premier inn hotels so far. Food was lovely and the cocktails went down a treat. The room is clean and smelt fresh. A huge thankyou and well done Tia , Charmaine and Lorna your customer service skills are spot on .”

“The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and bars when we came up to see friends. Room was well cleaned and tidy, no faults or issues. Reception staff and team were very polite, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up.”

“I just want to thank the team at Leonardo Hotel. We trialled this year booking a number of meeting rooms. They have been excellent from communication to support on the day. I also want to personally thank several people who I didn't get the names of all of. Firstly to Andrew who was very polite, extremely hardworking and ensured we were ok. I can't remember the ladies name but she was really helpful every time especially ensuring lunch for our delegates have gone smoothly for a number of our bookings. Credit to the catering team for putting a lovely hot buffet every time. The accomodation was also very good with comfortable beds. The location is great with onsite parking. We will be booking here again throughout 2026.”

“Val was absolutely amazing and so kind. Despite us getting here 5 minutes before the carvery closed, she was so accommodating and made sure we got food and drinks. The lady serving the carvery, Jane, was also so kind and welcoming.”

“Helpful staff and great location. You have to pay £15 for parking for a night but the area is quite central, so it’s not a big amount if you consider location. Gym is open 24/7 which is a big plus. All in all, it’s a good place to stay”
