Very modern clean comfortable rooms, with staff that are accomodation and attentive to the needs of your stay... The bar has some nice draft beers and the food is OK. It's situat d in a clean and modern part of the city just a 10 mins (max) stroll from the city centre. They've done a decent job of regenerating this part of the city and mixing very clean modern buildings with existing classical architecture. I always stay at this hotel if visiting Birmingham.

We had a wonderful weekend stay that turned into a truly memorable experience, perfectly timed with the Christmas market and an unforgettable Mumford & Sons gig. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the ideal escape to enjoy some quality time together in a festive setting. The city was buzzing with atmosphere thanks to the Christmas market, and spending the afternoon wandering through the stalls, enjoying mulled wine and street food, really set the tone for the weekend. It was lively without feeling overwhelming, and the seasonal lights added a magical touch that made everything feel special. Our accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located, making it easy to dip in and out of the festivities and still relax when we wanted some downtime. Evenings felt calm and cosy, a great balance after the daytime energy. The highlight of the weekend was attending the Mumford & Sons gig. The atmosphere was electric, and sharing that live music experience together made the trip even more special. The combination of great music, festive surroundings, and time away as a couple made this weekend one we’ll both remember fondly and would happily repeat.

Nice hotel, very conveniently located at Birmingham airport. Vehicle drop off but no parking. 3 minutes walk from the terminal building. Nicely appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Restaurant but we didn't use View from our room on the 8th floor

Perfect location for the Arena snd other central attractions. 10 minute walk from Birmingham New St. Station. Rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Cannot comment on food as we ate out but the menu looked fine. The bar, with good staff, stayed open late which was a bonus too. Now our 'go to' hotel for Birmingham.

I stay here a few times a year for work and the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are a decent size and have a good desk for working. The beds are comfortable although there was some low-level noise from other rooms. The location is good, with restaurants all around and a Sainsbury's Local around the corner. Being close to a main nightlife area, the location is busy through to the late evening and is well lit. Breakfast is fine and there is a chef station for cooked-to-order eggs. It's a 20-min walk to New Street Station with some sharp but short upward inclines on the way to the hotel. Alternatively there is a metro/tram stop nearby on Broad Street with a direct frequent service to the station.

It's a really nice Hotel, it's pet friendly (we came with our dog and had a wonderful stay) and it's well located. Services are good (gym, restaurant, breakfast) but it does not have the type of facilities you expect from a 4 stars hotel (a bit noisy, expensive fee for room service, no spa, no pool). Really nice and super recommendable 3.5 stars hotel.

Stayed with work. The room was grubby, there was a squashed fly on the wall, carpets need a good clean, some outlets didn’t work, mattress was noisy and hard, hairdryer was broken and when I asked for a new one they forgot to bring one, then as I was leaving I got my suitcase wheel stuck in the revolving door, shouted over for assistance to the receptionist but got blanked, even after she looked right at me and saw the situation. I only managed to get out after another guest came to help. Lobby area is much nicer than the rooms so don’t be deceived. Location is decent but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The rooms are very small and dated. Definitely requires a touch of paint. Not what I expected from a Hilton. Staff were friendly, but no one asked how was your room. Great location to Brinkley place. Parking available nearby which can be pre booked. It's around £20 for 24hrs. The hotel offers a discount.

Nice place to stay, location is within a nice area surrounded by restaurants. Good rooms, there's to say that many new hotels have much modern facilities but the quality here is great and give a nice staying. Amazing staff, very polite and friendly, always available to accommodate any request and need. Definitely suggested if staying for work or pleasure.
