“The owner met us at the apartment when we got there and showed us around. Everything was clean and the apartment has everything you need, from pots and pans to an iron. Also, if you need anything, the host is always on the phone to help you. The bathroom was great and the beds were comfortable. No complaints at all”

“We had only had our car 9 weeks when the oil and engine management light came on. We took it to Lodge Hill Auto's for Diagnostics, and was quickly updated with the paperwork to issue to our warranty company. Phil was very helpful, as we have had 3 months of this car being back where we purchased it from-and he advised us on some steps to take-and was very patient in explaining things as im quite clueless with cars. We will continue to support this well established garage and recommend their services. Thanks Phil!”

“First time at an easy hotel and it was lovely. I wasn’t sure what to expect for such a cheap stay, but the rooms are nice, light and welcoming, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. I spoke to 3 ladies whilst I was there who all assisted me with different things with big smiles and a welcoming nature! The lady I spoke with this morning is called Rachel and she was delightful. Two other ladies assisted me last night with a key card problem and an extra heater, really fantastic staff who think on their feet and go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. I WILL BE BACK!x”

“The service hotel is in an excellent location within the City of Birmingham, England. All the shops, restaurants, attractions are within easy walking distance. It is also easily accessible by road, train and coach from across the country. The rooms are clean, air conditioned and have all essential facilities included. The beds are comfortable with bedding and pillows to ensure a great sleep, which is also helped by the “black out” curtains. Water temperature and pressure is fully adjustable allowing for a perfect shower at any time.”

“A great hotel, supplemented by it's incredible staff, all of whom were so friendly, welcoming helpful, chatty and very competent. The studio room I stayed in was fantastic, incredibly clean, comfortable with every amenity required. A special mention of a the chap that helped with check in on Sunday 16th Nov around 8/9pm. He is a credit to your hotel, a great guy. Thankyou”

“We stayed as three families with teenage children. Apartments were perfect especially with two single sofa beds for the teens so really good value compared to often needing two hotel rooms. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Relaxed bar and seating area. Breakfast was really lovely. Ideal location for the city and a great place for a hassle free stay with everything you need.”

“Norma is the owner of this excellent facility. It is perfect for professionals, who need to work for a period of time, in the Midlands. There is ample parking, washing machine, dryer and kitchen. There are also stunning gardens, to wile away your hours in. It is always spotless, as she maintains high standards and has excellent cleaners and helpers for her Gardens and she is very kind hearted with great tips for tourists.”

“My husband and I spent one night at the hotel and had a wonderful experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The dishes from the kitchen were absolutely delicious – every meal was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chefs for such high-quality cuisine! I would especially like to thank Anshika, our waitress, for her exceptional service – always smiling, professional, and very attentive to every detail. She truly made our dining experience special. The reception staff were also very helpful and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and pleasant. A big thank you as well to Valentina, the bartender, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and made amazing drinks every evening. Her Espresso Martini was absolutely delicious – the best we’ve ever had! Overall, a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!”

“Recently stayed in an Onyx serviced apartment which was beautiful, very clean and spacious. Situated in a great location within a popular area of Birmingham City Centre. The customer service from the team (Tal) was sublime, he answered all questions in a timely manor and made me feel at ease with the booking. I was kept up to date regularly with information regarding my booking and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of check in/out, swift payment and return of the security deposit. “Stayed here recently. This Premier Inn is located only about 8 minutes walk away from the Birmingham New Street train station. The hotel building is fairly new. Less than 10 years old based on my estimation. The room is of good size. Comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Premier Plus rooms are on the upper floors. I can see many business travellers staying here. Overall, I did enjoy my stay here. Definitely recommended.”

“Business event, excellent customer service experienced as I checked in at 3am and given a complimentary extension to rest. Great ambience and superb location which was a quick walk into the city centre. Large deep pool- (sorry no pics as it was in use by others), nice sauna and jacuzzi .”

“Great location within walking distance of the NIA with lots of restaurants and bars along the way. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We were on the 14th floor so we had a good view from the window. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was very good and they had a vegetarian option too. The hotel was very busy but expected this being in the centre of Birmingham. Car park is a short walk (about 5 mins) from the hotel and we pre-booked this, which is advisable.”

“Excellent location, 4 mins walk to Hippodrome and in lovely area with great bars and restaurants. Clean, large apartments with everything you need. Beds very comfy. Great value for city centre. All staff were amazing, friendly, efficient and profession. They check on us without being intrusive. Will stay again”

“Stayed here for one night late September. Staff are SO friendly and helpful, right from check-in, and also at breakfast. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, which is standard corporate style, but very smart and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean and, at last, some decent temperate controls that worked really quickly. It's worth getting breakfast. The buffet selection isn't huge, but it's big enough mix and the hot food was actually hot, and very tasty. It wasn't too much extra over the standard room price, so well worth it.”

“For all intensive purposes this is just the same as a premier inn. It's inexpensive. An hour to Birmingham on the bus which worked out well both ways and spoons which is 6 doors from hotel so it's good for cheap breakfast. Ide deffo stay here again.”

“Had a very comfortable couple of nights here. Staff were very welcoming, fun chatty, well informed and helpful when I needed things. Attached restaurant is very good, steak was fantastic and breakfast the usual Premier Inn high standards.”

“I stay here a few times a year for work and the staff are always extremely helpful and professional. The rooms are a decent size and have a good desk for working. The beds are comfortable although there was some low-level noise from other rooms. The location is good, with restaurants all around and a Sainsbury's Local around the corner. Being close to a main nightlife area, the location is busy through to the late evening and is well lit. Breakfast is fine and there is a chef station for cooked-to-order eggs. It's a 20-min walk to New Street Station with some sharp but short upward inclines on the way to the hotel. Alternatively there is a metro/tram stop nearby on Broad Street with a direct frequent service to the station.”
