   I had a wonderful stay at Staycity Birmingham. The rooms were clean, wonderful, and warm, making the whole experience very comfortable. A special mention must go to Mavis, who was absolutely amazing. She was always so smiley, welcoming, and friendly, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Mavis went above and beyond to help, and her positive attitude and kindness really stood out. She is truly a great person and a real credit to the hotel. Because of her, my stay felt extra special, and I would happily return.

   We stayed as three families with teenage children. Apartments were perfect especially with two single sofa beds for the teens so really good value compared to often needing two hotel rooms. Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Relaxed bar and seating area. Breakfast was really lovely. Ideal location for the city and a great place for a hassle free stay with everything you need.

   We loved the half hotel / half apartment concept - perfect for family time and it didn't disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with the friendliest, most helpful staff. Our room was great for the three of us and we had comfy 'movie nights in' with great tv options to cast from phone. The location was great walking location for the Utilita stadium, ThinkTank and Aquarium trips and great accessible walks along the canal. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and our son loved the pancake machine and giant connect four game. We would definitely revisit and recommend - and also search out more StayCity hotels because of this positive experience. Thank you to all the staff we met.

   We had a lovely stay here for my mums birthday. All the staff we met over the two days were fantastic - really friendly and helpful. The apartment was really well set up (it even has a dishwasher in the kitchen area!!) and really clean and tidy. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. We will be back to visit again!!

   Excellent value and very clean. Felt very secure and loved the little touches- chocs, coffee, tea and milk provided for the small apartment. Slept 4 with enough room to eat round a table too. Reception were super helpful and the location is great. Is just a short walk to the Jewellery Quarter and slightly more to the centre of town. Would def stay again.

   Staycity Aparthotels! We got to the hotel last Saturday, the lobby was spacious and beautifully decorated. Reception was very welcoming and professionally friendly especially Mavis, Anmol and Asma. Really good breakfast, fresh fruits, berries, handmade pancakes, croissants, warm boiled eggs, soft drinks, beverages and really good choice. All staff were friendly and professional with tables cleared almost immediately. Nice touch to be given an umbrella when it rains When we finished breakfast we left for our day out in Birmingham. The location of the hotel was great. Central for everything easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. We had been out all day, when we got back the bed had been made up, the bins had been emptied and the toilet cleaned. On the whole we are enjoying our time at the hotel, lavish breakfast and the staff there made up with the best housekeeping facilities.
