“Had a great stay, booked a night to be near to visit relative in hospital, Very clean, comfortable bed with lovely bedding & towels, lovely hot shower. Lovely reception staff & free parking- all was great.”

“Stayed while away fishing, using points I'd accrued through the IHG loyalty program. They've stopped giving points (or forgot) for the free night stays and also stopped the free drinks voucher at this hotel. A money saving venture no doubt. However, room fine and bed comfy. Clean sheets and bathroom. No complaints. Good breakfast in the morning (free!!) with everything you may want or need. Handy place and shall use again no doubt.”

“Amazing wedding at the ORH ❤️ We decided that we would like to have our wedding ceremony and meal outside. The stretch tent was the bra option for that and it did not disappoint at all. Fully covered and protected by the rain and wind. We were unlucky a little bit to have rain during our ceremony however due to the decoration and the setting of the stretch tent it actually made the whole experience super cosy and romantic. Thank you so much for the whole team for making our day truly unforgettable . The venue looks incredible, the staff are true hospitality professionals . Genuinely a true hidden gem tucked away and we are lucky to found it . Thank you very much ! ❤️”

“Had a really lovely stay. Clean, quiet cottage. Great to be on a working farm - I like the sound of pigs and cows, but it might not suit some people. Hosts were really helpful with everything but also left you to get on with it, which is perfect. WiFi, clear instructions on current covid regulations, etc. All in all, will definitely stay again.”

“Me and my fiancé stayed there last night, the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with a lovely bathroom and a desk with tea, coffee, cups, kettle, sugar and sweeteners. The room also have a tv with all the channels so u could enjoy a good movie. The staff were very warm and welcoming and were very willing to have a conversation with us when we went outside to smoke. Overall wonderful hotel definitely worth every penny and we will definitely be staying there again. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in”

Wonderful service as well by the lovely lady called izzy was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we where happy with our food and had everything we needed.”

The venue looked stunning, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything ran smoothly. The food was excellent, drinks were flowing, and the atmosphere was spot on, relaxed but classy. You can tell the team really care about getting it right. It made a special day even better. Would happily come back here for another event or even just a weekend stay. Highly recommend.”
