Everything about the Premier Inn and next door Beefeater was great. However, because of the rain, the only way into the complex was via a subway which was flooded, which meant a rather hazardous walk (with no pavements) along and across a major road/roundabout. Whichever council thought that pedestrians don't matter need to be made to walk the route themselves. Sorry I couldn't give Premier Inn a 5-star rating, but the local council are the reason.

Sleep not perfect. I use three pillows in my own bed only one provided. Did not ask for more because you don't know how your going to sleep till after the first night. Only stayed for one night.

We had a very pleasant stay , the room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable, receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many branches of Premier Inn and would always recommend for comfort and good value.

We stayed here whilst visiting The Alexandra hospital. Room was immaculate. We were most impressed by the friendly and welcoming receptionist. Although the mobile phone charger was not working it was speedily sorted by Dave the helpful maintenance engineer. We will stay here again next time we are in Redditch

Family room was spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and pleasant. We also had dinner and breakfast at the pub next door which was really good as well. The staff at the pub were great with the kids. The hotel must of been built very cheaply though, the floor bounced every time someone walked across it. We were all up at some point in the night as it felt we weren’t alone in our room. When people in the neighbouring rooms walked around it felt like they were walking around our room, was a bit scary at first if I’m honest. I wouldn’t stay there again as it was the worst nights sleep I’ve had in years.

Some of the staff was friendly, some were not bothered to help. We had 2 roooms and bot had bad case of mold, so we got a replacement that was worse. Only good thing about this place is the beefeater next door......

Can't complain. We paid for the upgraded room. The room is still a standard room if you ask me, but the lighting was nice (that nice purple light they use). The Beefeater attached to it must be new, as it is a lovely layout, nice wide open space. Breakfast was self serve buffet which is preferable to sitting and waiting. Its opposite a cemetery, so won't have any late night parties disturbing you, and the blackout blinds really did make it pitch black. They were piping some kind of smell out in the corridor, which was a bit strong for rooms close to the device that was pumping it out, but we were a fair way away from it. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and the food in the morning was great.
