However, the food from Rilys defied expectations — it was authentic and very tasty. The portion sizes were generous, and I would definitely give them five stars for that.”

“It was my first visit last Friday. The two cashiers were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. One male cashier even let me try the cheese cake before I bought it on my birthday. It was really tasty and I was looking for the similar taste cheese cake for a while since my last visit to Lanzarote in 2015. The plain waffles are the best for children and the Polish bread was really nice which were recommended by some Polish customers I met in the store. I will come back again.”

“Myself and 2 children visit the centre regularly. There is a 'street' for role play and a massive soft play to keep them entertained for hours. Would recommend booking in advance especially if school holidays/raining. Food and drinks are good quality and they have various offers to get the most out of your money (coffee and cake, sharing hot food platters). Added bonus, unlike many centres we have been to, the adults are allowed to play in the soft play with their children!”

“One of the things I love about this pub is dogs are not encouraged inside. As someone who has allergies it is nice to come to a pub and know I can enjoy a quality pint without breaking out in hives. The cheese and onion cobs together with traditional ales make this a rare treat in a world of craft and lager. Always made to feel welcome with the regulars that always frequent the establishment. Will continue to enjoy this establishment for years to come”

“What an amazing place! The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The food was delicious which we enjoyed thoroughly.Cooked and served beautifully, with many options on the menu there’s something for everyone. Great portion sizes; they even have a little dress up area of kimonos.”

“Absolutely great food, bit on the pricey side but so worth it. I used to get the burritos all the time but the rice has now become very hit and miss. I don’t know what they’ve done but every time it’s now hard/uncooked or too mushy/overcooked. So now I just stick to the nachos. The chicken and chorizo ones are great. I order all the time, once I got the wrong order and I called and the girl on the phone was so lovely about it. So even with those 2 issues, I still come back and get the nachos 10/10”

“Superb. Food was spot on, mixed grill portions are big, great for sharing if you have sides with it. Very nice venue, staff are friendly, pints are decent, price is reasonable and the footys usually on. What more can you ask for?”

“I have today tried Romanian food for the first time. I had mixed grill and a chicken skewer. I was absolutely delighted with the service they provided. And TOTALLY blown away by the food it was absolutely delicious. I will add photos. I have literally just finished eating. The mixed grill consisted of some delicious chicken wings with char grill and a delicious flavour, totally loved them. There was also Romanian sausage it had a smoked flavour, it was also salty, absutley loved it! Then some kind of a kebab I think it was pork but whatever it was it blew me away. Then came the chicken skewer see photo, again absolutely delicious served with a 12 inch wooden skewer a selection of peppers onions and tomatoes, with chucks of chicken. Charr grilled again and absolutely delicious. New discovery for me in Redditch. Very fresh and tasty. Thanks guys :-)”
