Considering the areas surrounding the supermarket are mostly Muslim community they hardly have much for Ramadanthis year. Only two shelves, which is very disappointing and we used to shop here alot.
Great place, staff very warm and welcoming, a lot better compared to other Asda's I've been to. Young tall lad from George was very friendly and was keen to help me. :)
The store is a disgrace. We went in for a bite to eat and drink The cafe area was so scruffy the seats were taped up because of rips hardly any food left we were told they had been very busy and it had all gone. Disgraceful. The toilets were a disgrace. I complained about them. I complained about them as there was only one toilet usable. A lady also in there asked if the toilet was okay as everyone of them were awful. The store was so scruffy I would not ever visit again. I think the environment inspectors should pay a visit
I am absolutely APPALLED with my experience. I was heading down the milk aisle and I asked a worker for assistance, believe his name was Ryan. He was overly rude and unhelpful, the professionalism was lacking. Not impressed to say the least.

Customer service needs to improve, you need to employ more staff who are willing help customers! Don't just employ staff because you need staff. But employ because you care in providing the best customer care. Also you have wrong price tickets applied and you don't honour the prices you need to have this looked into! MANAGMENT are extremely rude refused to provide head office details and instead tell you to google it!! I hope headoffice do look at this and do take actions!! Asda redditch even deserve 1 star!!
I will no longer be using Asda delivery for this store. Spent £100 on groceries, food never turned up. This is not my issue my issue is it has now been almost 1 week and still I keep getting told the order is "delayed". No one will help me and every time I receive an email or a phone call I have to repeat the whole story over again
I would like to write a review about a young man who works as a porter at Asda. His name is Andrew. I was really surprised when on leaving the shop he said have a nice day. Then he offered to carry my bags to the car and if I need any help in the future to just ask for help. This sort of service you do not get at other stores. Thank you Andrew.
Good soup,bread roll and hot drink for £1.00.Only 2 staff working in cafe area though so a bit of a wait.i hope the staff manage to get a well earned break as well asitwas very busy.
Don't have the option for zero stars - deliver food what is past its best before date. And good luck with your customer services
