   The parcels return section was unmanned. I asked fir support and a member of staff who was untrained was assigned who did not know how to process a return. Surely staff assigned to cover need to be properly trained to do the job.

   I enjoy shopping at Asda and overall have no complaints. Only 3 stars however as the rewards scheme is now very poor and you need a mobile phone always to access. Tesco and Morrisons still have a loyalty card system. Clearly marked deals. Easy to use and simple.

   Always takes about 10 minutes for the staff to gets orders from Collect To. This has happened over 3 times. This leaves me about 20 minutes to shop because parking is only free for 30 minutes. Won’t be returning here again.

   We have used this store for twenty years, friendly staff. But we called today, and it was colder than ever in the store. Apparently the heating is faulty, have they not heard of temporary heating? It was warmer outside. At least we spent less, we couldn't wait to get out. Fix it Bromsgrove, there are plenty more supermarkets.

   Update on my review it was 19.45 last night there was no manned checkouts open, this is not good enough!! I like this place it's one of the bigger Asda's always well stocked. How ever I'm tired of this and all the other supermarkets trying to force the self-service on us it's clear that most people don't want it people still queue even when some if the self-services are free. I would say that normally a member of staff has to come and sort it when I'm operating it

   I really like it it's certainly my fave shop for doing my shopping and in my opinion cheaper than the rest for a lot of things especially fruit at the moment.If you like it quiet go in the morning as it gets busier as the day goes on but you ppls already know that lol.I also shop for clothes here too as it's cheap and George does some nice stuff.

   A supervisor was incredibly rude and belittling to a colleague infront of me (customer) other staff and customers, shouting about how to use gift cards, this was very unprofessional and I hope the lady who served me isn't upset about the situation. She did nothing wrong and was very pleasant. Maybe the supervisors need training not checkout assistants! This was today 21/12/2022 at 11:05am roughly

   Usually get good service with this store. Most staff are pleasant and friendly with the exception on one man on the tills. Would just like to say how lazy some of the customers are who think it's ok to leave their trolleys anywhere on the car park including in car spaces. There is a trolley bay please put there in a tidy manner and don't expect the staff to run around after you. Have a bit of respect.

   Always friendly here. I wish they would extend their Veggie and Vegan range a bit more and also, be consistent with what is stocked. That said it delivers great value for money and especially with offering Blue Light Card discount. Thank you Asda.
