The young man who did this was so helpful, professional and kind and took a genuine interest in my car, I trusted him. I have no one to help with my car. This means a lot to me and I always use Halfords Bromsgrove because of your exceptional staff. This young mans name is Nathan. I hope I come across him again. Thankyou Nathan.
