Called in to have some bulbs fitted. By the time I had parked up and got to the counter, the shop assistant, Nathan had the bulbs already selected, having spotted us pulling in. Nathan and his female colleague (Charlie?) were so helpful and polite, sorting out a warranty replacement for the bulbs. Nathan fitted the bulbs and offered to check all the others. He clearly loves working with cars and helping people. He made a unwanted detour on our journey into a pleasure. Halfords are lucky to have him.

Visited 19.11.25. I had a chip in my windscreen It had been "repaired" at Halfords, Blackpole, Worcester. Ben agreed that it was an unsatisfactory job and fixed it for me. He was very professional and took me through all he steps explaining the job. It is much improved and I'm happy that it is the best it can be. Unfortunately, the had to charge me again and referred me back to Blackppole for a refund. Apparently they are not quite the same firm????? I went back to Blackpole and Carly refunded me without a problem. Thanks for that. The second reapir could have been better if the first attempt hadn't let resin into a small leg off the main damage. This could not be improved . Overall I'm happy but they need to sort out the first very poor work. Thanks for your reply Ruth. I note your invitation to reply to your reply. Your message is from a "no reply" email address and your link is convoluted and would take too long to get through, I doubt if I could ever reach you that way. If you want to make it good, send me a voucher for some discount on some GTX oil that I need.

Just visited Halfords Bromsgrove for headlight and fit, I was given different options on bulbs and it was suggested that I have both replaced and then they were fitted quickly. The young man who did this was so helpful, professional and kind and took a genuine interest in my car, I trusted him. I have no one to help with my car. This means a lot to me and I always use Halfords Bromsgrove because of your exceptional staff. This young mans name is Nathan. I hope I come across him again. Thankyou Nathan. Attended Bromsgrove at 0910hrs today for a headlamp bulb to be fitted. Was informed that this wouldn't be possible until after 0930 when they had more staff. None of this was communicated on the website. As there was already someone else waiting for a fitting and I had other commitments I went away and made a timed booking slot online for midday. Upon arrival they were clearly not ready for me and a walk in customer for bulb fittings took priority over my timed booking. There was clear disgruntlement amongst the staff at being asked to fit my bulb. After fitting, I was asked to go back into the store to get my paperwork. Inside they couldn't find or understand this. As the fitter returned it was agreed there was nothing to collect! With regards to the actual bulb (Halfords Advance 200% H7 477) I am concerned about longevity. I had 2 fitted in April last year, one had to be replaced in June and now the other one today. Surely at the price they should last longer than just over a year? On the subject of price, the cost of installation has also gone up from Β£9 last year to Β£11 now; thats over 20% increase in a year!

John the manager recommended a product not fit for purpose and didnβt work. Being inept and devoid of any customer skills my request for a refund was declined on the basis it had become damaged. Wasted an afternoon of my life, itβs a dire store, donβt waste your time or money.

Terrible service. Took my grandsons bicycle in for its 6 week check. Was told it would be done that day or first thing next day. 1330 arrived still no information so contacted customer service was told that they would contact Bromsgrove store and they would call me within 10 mins. What a surprise no one contacted me. Eventually found a store number and was told ohh itβs been done. Very unsatisfactory service.

So Halfords is an absolutely useless company. Got a flat tyre and took it to them and they told me its specialist and they cant do it. Well i went and just took my tyre off in 2 minutes and found i have 2 thorns. So im about to apply my specialist knowledge on repairing bike tyres that halfords lacks and repair it myself with a puncture repair kit. What a waste of space Edit: Just to add to it managed to fix the issue easily myself by applying a patch to the tube. I then slimed the inner tube
