Ordered on Thursday and arrived on Saturday, very easy to fit and they feel durable. Bought a complete set (front driver, passenger and rear) very reasonably priced.
Had some difficulties with an updated address not feeding through to the delivery and products being delivered to my old address, and customer service was initially challenging, but they proactively reached out to me and resolved the issue after seeing my reviews online. I've now been refunded. Thank you.
I ordered blades for my car and one of the items send, was not compatible. The adaptors were wrong and after contacting this company for a return, I had to spend 5 emails justifying why I wanted to return and then was told I was incorrect. I have to pay for a return despite their recommendation being incorrect. The blades arrived quickly and there would be been no problem otherwise, but if you have any problem with them, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I ended up just going to Halfords, blades were the same price and they gave me the correct ones immediately. I'm out of pocket and unhappy.
BUY LOCAL! more hassle then it’s worth sent wrong rear wiper and damaged packaging for front which had been squashed. Not helpful customer services. Not worth the hassle when you can just buy local Ie halfords etc cheaper.

Purchased front and rear wipers. One of the wipers unfortunately came damaged; I emailed them and they contacted me straight away and sent a replacement within 24 hours. Fabulous customer service and well priced blades; will be using again! Highly recommend!
Very good & reasonably priced. Putchased Bosch Aerotwin front pair wipers for my 3 series. The guy was very helpful and made sure i knew what model i needed and how to fit. Yes you pay for delivery but it was pretty much the same as amazon. Arrived next day after ordering online in the morning.
Delivery always reasonably quick. 24Hr delivery most recently arrived on time which is excellent considering the circumstances. Always got my wipers here for the last 5 years. They've never messed up an order and the packaging seems to have improved recently.
