   I can tell you , you will not get better service or workmanship , than these crew........I have used a few garages in Kidderminster over the years...these are barr none 100%, Jo & Anne customer service , many could learn more than a thing or too on how to treat customers, & that goes for the rest of the team as well...I do not usually leave comments but so pleased over the 2 years I have being there......trust me 100% I have read some read some negative reviews on here....opposition comes to mind. Keep doing what you are doing Guys & thank you.

   Took my car for simple tracking to be done and talk about taking the p***. I have a dashcam in the car and they took it for a joy ride all round the wrekin delivering a car for a customer. Then off to drop the manager at his house for a car then waited for him on another industrial estate for him to bring another vehicle over and give a lift back. Eventually they took my car to be tracked at another garage as it's not done on site which was not stated to me! I will not be using this company again and I warn anyone else NOT to leave your vehicle with them! AVOID! Typical manager taking liberties! May I add that I'm the only one insured to drive my car and did not expect to have my car used like a company vehicle! I will be taking this further as this is theft I did not consent to it being used! Just remember they offer a drop off and collection service which they will use YOUR car so make sure you have fuel in it because they will leave it nearly empty like mine. Also I'll add that my car is a 4.6 V8 so hardly cheap to drive especially on a jolly for his company! Absolute joke of a company.
