Excellent service was provided by the team members, especially Rob. He patiently reviewed all my order requests, offering professional advice for any duplicated or incorrect parts. The packaging was perfect, and the delivery to Malaysia was fast. I highly recommend their services.
Didn't know this gem was here.... Managed to collect the part which was in stock and very keenly priced. If you collect you have to still select postage but as you pay at the location, you don't get charged. Its a little glitch they are working on. As my part was in stock I could have collected with in 1.5 hours of ordering. Awesome place
So, Google is still presuming that because one has visited a web page that automatically there is a basis for a review. Not the case. I visited the MSC web page because I was interested in an item offered for sale which I ordered. I have received an early reply informing me that the items have a small amount of surface rust (borne out by photographs) and MSC have made a reduced price offer which I have accepted. However, until such time as I receive the items I am unable to comment or review the quality, value or delivery of the items.
Highly recommend. Have purchased from Midland many times using their website which is easy to navigate. Very good communication especially if they are out of stock on a particular part. They contact you with the option to fulfil the order and despatch or wait for despatch until the part is back in stock. Also do free delivery if you spend over £100.
I run several MGs and often need parts. I do shop around a bit because when you are running a few cars the savings make a big difference. MSC always has keen prices, the quality of their parts seem to be at least as good as the other mainstream suppliers and their kits offer some great savings. I order on line but I do phone for additional information and help sometimes. The ladies who answer the phones are very helpful and the communication with customers is excellent. Overall, MSC do a great job.
I must say that Midlands sports and classic are probably the best and easiest company to deal with in the whole world, and I can say in the world because we live in New Zealand and we have tried to sauce components from around the world and we found that MSC came to the party and were able to send out all the parts we needed on time and on budget. We can't speak highly enough concerning this company and we are in the process of getting another order ready. A+++++

I have placed a couple of orders with these guys, and both were dispatched in a timely manner and arrived well packed and complete. Their prices and customer service can't be beat - it's hard to believe that it's cheaper to order parts from the UK and ship them to Australia than to buy locally.
