Went today to sort out uniform, the lady who served us was just amazing! So friendly and helpful and efficient. In fact all the staff were lovely, despite the shop being exceptionally busy. They made the whole process really pleasant. Customer service here is outstanding. Thanks so much!
Brilliant customer service. The staff are amazing at sizing the children by looking at them which makes the process super easy, even with grumpy teens! No job to big or small. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Visited Friday 25/7 helped by Tamzin and Ben who were amazing . Definitely recommend this place for your uniforms . I had two kids to sort completely new uniform for, one High School and one Middle School, both including PE kits. I arrived at 4pm after what must have been a busy day, yet the level of service I received was as if we were the first customers of the day. Super helpful staff, with great experience of sizes that allowed us to sort both sets of uniforms in around 20 minutes.

We went here for South Bromsgrove High uniform. The staff were lovely, very organised and went out of their way to make our experience easy and stress free. We were served by a staff member named Freya. Right from the moment we arrived, she was so friendly and helped us find everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for school uniform!
I have always received the best service from S&H school wear, even when they are super busy, they have a fantastic system for making sure the children can get their uniform before starting back to school. If there is something not in stock they can order and supply it very quickly. This year I had to reach out to the owners as I was stranded abroad due to a family member having emergency surgery, they were so helpful, they reserved my items so a friend in the area could collect them for me. It was the difference between my children starting back to school on time or not. I cannot thank them enough.
