    went in for Hobos Mens Charcoal Touch Fasten Canvas size 9 but there was no stock of this size so had to buy navy not what i wanted staff not very helpful, asked if i would like a bag but staff don't tell you there is a cost,could we not give customers paper bags as it does not look very good carrying your item out the store in your hands

    Shocking shoes, split 3 days after purchase. Staff look lost and angry before a customer walks in. they trying to argue for a return. I know my consumer rights maybe you need to read up on them don't want your marketing stop asking for my address on a return. You didn't ask for my address when buying. That one lady was the worst didn't have a clue.

    My daughter bought a pair of shoes which she had problems with the insoles moving she went into Acocks Green store where the customer service assistant told her that she couldn't help her as it was wear and tear. Then my daughter went into the shoe zone store in kingsheath and spoke to a very nice, polite guy called Richard who refunded the shoes on the spot. The stores layout is excellent and inviting.
