   Friendly when you buy stuff but not so much when you're returning things. A couple of staff members are really nice but can't say that about all of them (but it could be they are understaffed). Anyway, a bittersweet experience. Great shoes though and the Sales are great value.

   I went to Clark's shoe shop in Kings Heath yesterday. The snow had revealed a hole in my shoes but I had a further three hours of work ahead of me. The lovely, chatty Kaz attended me. She found what I needed within three minutes and sent me happily on my way back to work with dry feet and some very comfortable footwear. She even disposed of my old shoes in their recycling system. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received. Wonderful.

   There were only two assistants in this large shop, but they were both pleasant and helpful. Kaz served me, quickly grasped what I was after, and went out of her way to locate what I wanted. My shopping experience here was pleasant and relaxing, but I did feel the staff were overworked.
