Great Friendly Customer service from a local business in a historic building on Kings Norton Green Pay & Display Parking usually available next door in the Bull Pub Car Park if there are no spaces around The Green itself.

I was recommended by a friend to go to this shop this week as I had a very bad injury last year resulting in lots of swelling and have had trouble getting wider and comfortable footwear. The lady in the shop was very attentive and spent quite a bit of time with me,and I was delighted to walk away with 2 pairs of shoes and slippers that are perfect for my needs. I have been to many places looking for shoes to fit my requirements and didn't realise that this great little shop is only 5 mins from where I live as it is a little bit tucked away. Although a little more expensive than the high shops I was happy to pay extra for the comfort and quality. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with problem feet.

My podiatrist recommended me this shop. I went and bought a pair. They did not last me 1 month. 3 weeks to be accurate. And I timed that from the day I bought them (the day of my appointment, when the podiatrist recommended me this place) to my next podiatry appointment. When I showed my podiatrist the shoes, even he was shocked. The quality of the shoes are appalling considering I paid £99 for them. Do not recommend at all. Waste of money. Extremely cheap quality.

Lovely friendly staff. Bought a pair of leather boots that I can not put my left foot in now and constantly squeak, and a pair of substantial walking shoes whose heals have comletely disintegrated in two years of average use. I am mentioning this because the shoes and shop were recommended to me by a well known foot clinic. Over £400 wasted on uncomfortable poorly made footwear. To say I was embarrassed by the purchases is an understatement especially as I am not flush with funds. For anyone reading this review, go to Sketchers where a different level of comfort can be achieved

I visited this shop earlier today and was very impressed by the quality of service I received. Yes I had to wait a while and yes the shoes I took away with me were a little pricey for some but you cannot put a price on comfort. I struggle to get wide fitting shoes and the sales assistant listened carefully to my needs and tailored my visit to me. I tried on 4 different pairs of shoes until I found a pair that were comfortable. The shoe shop was recommended to me by my foot consultant after I mentioned that I struggle to find shoes that are wide enough for my orthotics to slide in and be comfortable. I'm so glad I went there now. I have worn my pair in the house and they feel really comfortable. I will be definitely going there again should I need another pair.

This place is brilliant. Small independent shop with amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Visited with my father who is in his 80’s. Karen couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive. We came away with 3 pairs of shoes which were a great fit and now have my dad more comfortable and keen to do more exercise as well. Thanks from us.

I took my mom today to hopefully get her some boots or shoes. We managed to get both, so she is so happy as they fit her perfectly. I just want to say thank you to Karen for being so professional, kind and helpful. X

Excellent service. Took my mum who had a stroke recently and needed physio approved footwear. Julie was outstanding. Yes you need to be prepared to wait, but we were all acknowledged and engaged as we waited. And it took time to serve my mum because (as with many of the customers I suspect), she has particular mobility needs. I disagree that it is pricey. Not compared with many fashion shoes, which won't last half as long. We will definitely use them again.

Although it is over 5.miles away it was worth the journey to get a pair of shoes that will be comfortable to walk in. There was no rush , the lady assistant measured my feet and showed me a range of footwear to suit my needs. I am very pleased with the outcome .
