They were reliable, polite and considerate, tidying up after themselves at the end of each day and finishing the job to a very high standard. Joanne is at the end of the phone to answer any queries and keep on top of the purchasing decisions, and having Matt project-manage the tradespeople and suppliers took a lot of the stress out of the process.
