Have to say today the manager Charlotte has gone above and beyond in helping me deliver my garden furniture and for dealing with the customer service department of Homebase. Can't thank you enough , definitely first class customer service from her and her Bromsgrove staff.
Do not get your kitchen designed here. They refuse parts back and get the plans wrong! I gave them certain measurements and they made their own up to match their kitchen design. All I wanted was to send parts back and wasn't able. Other retail stores like B&Q allow you to just take anything you don't use back. Not worth the hassle with homebase. I originally tried to sort this out with the store and the manager was extremely rude and hung up, I wanted to try and rectify the issues with different parts but they didn't want to listen.
When here to sort out a new kitchen. Jake from the kitchen designs is really good. He helped us out with the design and understood what we were looking for. I would recommend it if you are looking for a new kitchen at affordable price. Excellent customer service. Thank you
Good disabled facilities, wide isles, lift, toilets, parking. Ready for mother's Day. A fast EV charger should be mandatory with such large carparks, pretend it's part of your sustainability story Homebase?
