“First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. “This is our second time using Window To the Womb after a miscarriage after our first pregnancy. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”
