   I ordered $110 worth of socks for myself and my husband. They never shipped the socks they never refunded my money. And when I ask why, the shipping isn’t moving after two weeks, they never reply again. This company gets a 4.9 star but is no longer the same apparently. They fill out a label, which shows up in the tracking system, but it never actually ships to the buyer. Extremely disappointed.

   First class company to deal with. I ordered a Torrent 3 jacket and didn't see the 15% discount code until after placing the order. I emailed the company and asked if it was possible to apply the discount retrospectively. I was surprised that the discount was forwarded to my PayPal account within an hour. How good is that! The price was already the same as others and cheaper than my usual website and they take some beating. Cherry Tree don't charge for shipping if the order is greater than £75 unlike the other websites so a win win for the customer. Many thanks Bethan and Cherry Tree.

   My first experience with Cherry Tree and couldn't be happier. When my boots didn't arrive after 5 days, I called and Bethan told me they were out of stock but available in a different colour - which I accepted. He immediately sent them by first class post and even refunded me the price difference. Great doing business with them and I will use them again.
