    I have to say Peacocks has some REALLY nice bits in there now and at amazing prices. I always remember my mum going in and I'd always associated with quite dated clothing but they've certainly upped their game! Great clothing and unbeatable prices, keep it up Peacocks!

    Staff quite rude towards my aunt, she paid by card and they said it declined however was taken out of the bank but they asked for the cash. So the next day (today) it appeared out of her bank and went back in to show them the receipt and bank statement but they were pulling their faces at having to give a refund and tried giving it her all in 20ps

    Shop ok ,but Mens sweatshirt and pants very cheaply made for the price .Very bitty and now after one wash look around 12 months old , cheap tat but selling at a premium price

    Ordered online for delivery to store. Order ready for collection but no contact to say one item unavailable. Delivered order to a relative to find only 2 out of 3 items. Back to store...unable to help as 'you ordered on line'?. Then received email advising missing item would follow...2 days later back in store as 2nd email received to say order is now ready to collect. Back to store...no item received 'you'll need to speak to online dept but its Saturday & they are not open'. 2 days later credit back to my account with no explanations. Guess Louise Rednapp is unaware that customer service is shambolic but then why should she be...she's received what she wanted. Nuff said Peacocks...don't have issues like this with Amazon...works like the well oiled machine it is!!!!.
