“Amazing customer service, Very helpful and friendly. I was shopping around Liverpool for an engagement ring for quite some time, this was one of the last stores I got to visit, I spoke with Aimee and immediately felt at ease with her helping me choose the right ring. I made an appointment to come back the following day with Thomas as it was Aimee's day off. I was struggling where to start as I have never done this before so I needed as much help as possible. The staff at Austen & Blake were not pushy like other stores I visited, they just wanted to help me pick something that was perfect for me and my partner. I couldn't be more grateful to Aimee and Tom as they were friendly, kind and very professional. Even down to telling them all about the engagement, they were excited and very happy for us both which was so lovely. We will definitely be returning here to purchase our wedding rings and recommended to every friend and family member who needs their friendly and professional expertise advice. “First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. “First visit to this cafe set within a motorcycle haven. We had not visited before due to parking for cars being an issue however a new car park across the road is now available. There is still the motorbike parking next to the cafe. Situated next to a lovely stream there is seating under cover outside overlooking the stream and wooded valley. Inside there is so much memorabilia you don’t know where to look first. We had just arrived after a large party so had to wait as the kitchen was very busy but we only waited 20 minutes till we could order. That 20 minutes flew by as we looked at the items on display. We have an all day breakfast and pie and chips. The food was very good and served quickly. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere in the family run cafe. The prices were really good and definitely value for money. Definitely recommend a visit and will be visiting again.”

“This is our second time using Window To the Womb after a miscarriage after our first pregnancy. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”

“Came here today for the inflatables with 8 13 year olds. They had a blast!!! Lots of fun and laughter. It wasn’t that clear what we had to do initially, told to wait in the cafe as the chaining room was full. Then when they went to change were sent out. No real direction until Chris came to our rescue. He’s the only one fully switched on and this made all the difference to our visit. Thank you Chris you were brilliant, very much appreciated.”

“Went to our closest store at Edge Lane Liverpool for a new mattresses. We where met by Kelly who was so welcoming. I explained our needs as I have some health issues,straight away Kelly put me at ease. “I just called in as one tyre kept deflating and I had no idea why. The team member found a nail and repaired it very quickly and efficiently. I have been before when my fiance's car apparently needed new tyres after an MOT at different garage.
