From the very first consultation with Tony, they took the time to really listen to what we wanted and gave us honest, practical advice to make the most of the space. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The team arrived on time every day, worked with real care and attention to detail, and always left the place tidy at the end of the day - Dan the joiner / fitter was brilliant. Communication was excellent throughout – we always knew what stage the project was at, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Sapphire managed all the contractors - electricians, plasters, floor tilers and painters - which reduced stress and work for us. The finished kitchen is stunning – modern, functional, and built to a really high standard. It’s completely transformed how we use our home, and friends and family can’t stop complimenting it. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it really shows in the quality of the finish. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and friendly local team for a kitchen renovation. During the very first scan the staff were great and the scan assistant Julie was so lovely and caring when we struggled to find the baby and it was a bit smaller than we expected. This time round things have gone better for us and again the all the staff we have interacted with have been wonderful and just made both experiences nice even though the first one was a bit stressful.”

“In terms of DIY you can get there every tool you need. On one condition. You must know what you want, as you can't just walk round the shop getting hands on things. It's not like B&Q but they have a lot bigger stock than other big DIY brands. Very friendly staff and prices are reasonable.”
