“We have had such a positive experience shopping at Mamas and Papas at New Mersey retail park. The staff always go above and beyond to assist us, especially when it comes to larger items like prams and car seats. The facilities on site are also top-notch, making our visits so much easier. Recently, we had an issue with our pram, but the staff resolved it immediately, leaving us happy and satisfied with the service. We can't thank them enough for their friendly and informative support. “Not the largest Iceland but by far not a small store, very easy access for everyone and well located in relation to the shopping centre carpark, every time I go there I'm in and out not waiting long to be served, staff are always friendly and helpful, certainly no issues over prices...”

“Fantastic Zizzi restaurant. Drinks were served quickly and allergies taken seriously - our young waitress was really friendly, inviting and she was a great server. For food, I had the Chianti Beef Ragu - absolutely deiclious. Great quality meat, red wine sauce was top notch and the pasta was smooth. Portion size needs to increase but other than that, it was spot on. Other party member had the goats cheese pizza - although it looks overwhelming, the bases is spread so thin, there isn't that much really. Tasty and would eat again. Defo recommend going - Zizzi seems accessible for all age groups and party sizes. Great location and nice views if you eat outside.”

“I had a great stay here, the hotel is pretty decent, centrally located near the docks with underground parking for a fee. There is heaps of great places to eat in the area. The room has air conditioning but no fridge, was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good. The lifts are a bit rough… the damage in the lifts is caused by housekeeping pushing their trolleys in and out, they need a tidy up and the carpet in the lifts is gross, you need to rip up the carpet and put shiny gloss tiles on the floor of the lifts. Also the carpet in the common areas is dirty and would look far better with a carpet clean.”

“Called in yesterday (Saturday) the store was very busy. I was greeted by a lady who I assume was the store manager. Very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and very well presented. Lots of staff available and the young lad who served me was very professional. I left with more items than I called in for. Will definitely be back. Excellent shopping experience.”
