   Okay selection of products, half the time they have something in one week then on the next the staff pretend it never existed. Shockingly slow on the checkouts usually only one on when they have a queue of 10 people waiting to be served.

   Some of the staff attitude is shocking, mostly the women speak down to you. Was in touch with customers service over something that broke. Told to return the item and they refused... even tho had the receipt (which she couldn't enter) stating the policy. I said, well customer service have told me I can exchange for the same item due to the fault she said no. I'm surprised there hasn't been more complaints with how they speak to people. Every time I go they speak snotty, rude and have a chip on their shoulders. Think the staff need re training on how to act and speak, customers have disabilities or mental health problems that takes a lot of courage to go out and go shopping never mind returning faulty goods with having anxiety etc.

   It's a type of shop, where you can pop in for 1 thing and simply spend til your hearts content. Generally I come out with at least 3 bags full of nicely priced bargains.

   I always like to browse in B&M. However, it could do with a few toilets for disabled and regular customers. Otherwise I do like to visit here once every two weeks. (I would like to spend more time browsing, but the toilet problem prevents this).

   This is a really good sized B&M, I would say only down size the the car park so closed in when have young children cars side by side it’s not great. If going to shop here park away from shops give self some space. It is a big car park, there more shops and places to eat also in this area. Don’t forget to down load your B&M app on phone use the scanner to scan your items that been reduced just not mark on tags. (Use app any B&M. Happy shopping

   The store is very large and lots of products. I think you may find the living products easily. You may easily find food, frozen food, laundry things, kitchen things, housing stuff....... Good place to shop There is no self checking. You may take time for the queue. Enjoy
