“Just after Christmas I went in to look at ottoman beds and to get prices etc. After a discussion with Julie I said I would return in a few months when finances allowed. She wrote down names of beds, mattresses with prices etc. Very friendly and helpful. Around 3 weeks ago I returned and ordered a side opening ottoman bed with mattress and headboard. It was delivered on time, set up etc and I have been very pleased with it, so much so that when I decided I needed a wardrobe I returned to Good Knights. After spending a considerable amount of time deciding on with wardrobe to buy, I ordered one. Keith then phoned the suppliers, but could not get hold of them. However he phoned me later to say they could order one for me which they did. Delivery time was 2-4 weeks but again I received a call to say they could deliver on the Fri ( it was ordered on the previous Sat) It arrived within the one hour timeslot as promised. If I need any other bedroom furniture in the future i would return. Good old fashioned customer service and they stick to delivery times. Excellent.”

“First visited in July to have a look around and see what we needed as first time parents to be. Greeted by Nicky who gave us a checklist and talked us through all the things to consider that we might need etc which was great as we are complete novices!! Back today, again greeted by Nicky who really looked after us. We chose our pram and tested it outside, tested it in the car to make sure it fitted etc which was amazing service! Nicky then helped us to choose a car seat and base which was suitable for our car and also fits on our pram. We got an amazing deal and we are so excited and happy with our choices. We had an amazing shopping experience and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Nicky was lovely and really helpful and knowledgeable too. Different storage options make very best use of the available space. Fitting went very smoothly and the guys made it look so easy but sure their skill provided all the finishing touches. Easy to build although a rachet Allen key will save you time, it took two of us just over an hour to put the entire set together. Would definitely recommend, looks great on our patio!”
