“I love this place! The location is great, right in the heart of town and multiple options for shopping and food nearby. I’m in a studio room by myself. Although this hotel is in the busy part of town, because the windows are triple glazed it is very quiet in the rooms. It is small but very well equipped with a big fridge and cooking facilities. Complete set of pans and dishes, which is great for eating leftovers. . There is plenty of storage and hanging space. The air conditioner works great as it’s pretty warm at the moment. I had breakfast for the first time and it was really good. Nice cooked breakfast with cereals, fruits, selection of cheeses and meats. The staff here are very helpful and friendly! I liked this place so much that I booked a return trip here in a few months!”

We came here with our puppy and had the more comfortable stay with great views of the docks. Some Hilton hotels can be a hit and a miss, but the service here really makes this is a hit. This will become our go-to everytime we’re in Liverpool!”

“I spent 4 weeks at the Travelodge, Strand whilst working in Liverpool recently . The rooms are exceptionally quiet, the staff here are super friendly and breakfast is excellent with a great view of Royal Albert Dock just opposite. Liverpool One Shopping Centre is close by and parking in Q park one is discounted - you need to pre book your days and you can come in and out of the car park when you want , just park on the 3rd floor near the shopmobility end and then you are at street level to walk to the hotel. Food menu in the evening has a good range of choice. I definitely would book here again.”

“I had a great stay here, the hotel is pretty decent, centrally located near the docks with underground parking for a fee. There is heaps of great places to eat in the area. The room has air conditioning but no fridge, was clean, tidy and comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good. The lifts are a bit rough… the damage in the lifts is caused by housekeeping pushing their trolleys in and out, they need a tidy up and the carpet in the lifts is gross, you need to rip up the carpet and put shiny gloss tiles on the floor of the lifts. Also the carpet in the common areas is dirty and would look far better with a carpet clean.”

“Loved this place. They are absolutely great people. We had a bit of a challenge finding the place from Q Park John Lewis. To save your time, it's in the upper level. The level 4 of the shopping complex and walk down the road to Derby Square. Since they don't have a waiting room, you better go there at the given time. The staff is great.
