   Really pleasant stay at Novotel Liverpool Centre. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice, and the room was cleaned daily to a good standard. The location is a real highlight — perfect for shopping and an easy walk to the Albert Dock. The only let-down was room service: I tried to order and was told there’s a £5 delivery charge to the room, which felt a bit disappointing. Aside from that, a comfortable and convenient base for a Liverpool trip.

   Overall good experience. The only issue I had, after booking I tried to inquire about car parking. I could not get through to reception on the phone, I tried multiple times. I send an email but that was never answered. That is quite disappointing. I finally got through to someone when I dialled the extension for new bookings, and they were helpful. But still, someone should answer the extension for reception ? Location is good, short walk to shopping and Albert Docks, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. If you use the car park, its next door but you have to book separately, and you cannot reserve the EV chargers

   The hotel was located in a very central location and was within good distance of everything. The pool was a little cold, but the sauna was lovely. The room was great, apart from the fact there seemed to be work getting done in the room just beside ours and we were given no notice about this. Wasn't too much of a disturbance during the day if we weren't in, however, it did start early one day and disturbed our sleep. Overall, enjoyed the stay.

   The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, was because my room view was of a multi storey car park. Other then that my stay was extremely enjoyable. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. The food was lovely with a great selection at breakfast. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back

   I stayed here for two nights and the experience was genuinely solid. Great and varied breakfast options, an excellent central location, and very comfortable beds made the stay smooth and enjoyable. I’d also like to highlight the team — Sergio at the reception was extremely helpful and professional, Rafael in the restaurant brought a lot of positive energy, and Dawid rounded off the stay perfectly with a friendly conversation. As someone who works in the industry, I really appreciate this kind of natural and authentic guest approach. Overall, a hotel definitely worth recommending — both for the service and the location.

   Good location with reference to the city centre down side there is no parking there was a pulling to drop your case's of this was hogged by a taxi meaning that we were had to parked in a side street to unload due to a lorry unloading at a supermarket this blocked the road of, not much on offer on the food menu. We are stopping due to the close proximity of the M&S Bank Arena. we're we went to see ELF.

   This is decent place to stay in Liverpool. Location is good, however I would not recommend the paying for the breakfast -£ 18 / person as, it's not worth it. No options for vegetarians not are there any good selection of food. I would recommend a different hotel for this price and there is plenty in Liverpool. The hotel is opposite Hanover street hence in a crowded location with shopping malls, restaurants, bold street, hope street nearby. Everything is at a walking distance however, I didn't receive a room service even after asking for it,no complimentary water bottle provided, no body lotion neither is there any shower cap. Extremely basic, and doesn't stand true to be a Novotel that I have stayed in other countries. So, I would recommend other hotels in Liverpool with this price - not worth the money you pay.

   Only spent one night at this Hotel , my room was clean and comfortable, had a shower unit over the bath , flat screen TV ( did not use) , teas and coffee, and kettle in room , a small fridge and safe (did not use either). The room had one small to medium size window which only opened "" ajar"" the room was warm so needed fresh air to circulate , but you paid for noise disturbance throughout the night from outside people and vehicles , at 3 am I had to shut the window.the view from my room was a multi storey carpark. But for one night I coped. The hotel public places and corridors were clean and well lit with electric lighting , natural light not good, they have a spa and pool but did not use. The breakfast offered was continental and cooked English and I enjoyed it and it was tasty. 2 coffee machines on hand plus a toaster, every thing at breakfast is self service. All the staff were polite ,friendly and knowledgeable about the area. This hotel is family friendly, every were you go in this hotel you need your key card to open toilets and work the 3 main lifts as well as open your room door. For families I recommend. Personally I prefer a more quieter establishment but for one night only , it served my purpose.
