“This is honestly my dogs favourite shop. Liz and the staff are amazing, so knowledge and friendly. There is wide selection of raw food, natural treats, pet shampoo, collars, toys and so much more. Nip in and see for yourself. They offer a free delivery service for the local area too.”

Stefan is truly someone who is passionate about his business and about making sure all his customers human & furry are given the best service he can possibly provide. They deliver food the same day if possible so you are never caught short if you can’t make it out for whatever reason. Value for money, Great selection to choose from and always willing to offer advice and recommendations. Just Awesome. “Tis I, Sir Radley the 1st of Knowsley. I would like to thank you for a delightful 11 days that I have spent with your goodselves whilst Fair Maiden Trisha has taken the waters of the land called Ang-le-sea. (Alas, she still has not sighted any dragons.) I am "chillaxed" as the young humans say, fully rested from my battle training and I am looking forward to the next time we meet. Good food, good company to joust with and the full attention of you, Sir Craig and the lovely Lady Vicki. I shall bid you adieu until we meet again and hand you to My Fair Maiden Trisha. Radley is purring up a storm and totally relaxed, as always when he comes home. I have no worries while I'm away about Radley's welfare. I know after my own, he is in the best and safest hands. When he 1st stayed, I honestly thought I'd been given a different cat, he was so relaxed. Thanks "Sir Craig" and "Lady Vicki" for looking after my boy and we'll see you again soon.”

“Great place for your pets to go whilst you are away. The owner, Meg lives and breaths her charges. We've booked out cat Wellington in for two stays this year and another in Jan 2024. Pre booking visits are actively encouraged so you can have a look round before booking.”

“Great experience with Wirral Small Pet Hotel - We have 2 very young Guinea pigs and they were well taken care of whilst we went on holiday for a week. We loved seeing photo updates. We will definitely use again next time we go on holiday.”

“Our 2 Cockapoos, Bill & Ted, stayed with Imelda for a week and could not have been looked after better. Imelda really cares about the pooches and clearly loves what she does. We received photos through daily which was immediately reassuring - we could just see in their faces that they were content. Huge relief! They also enjoyed the company of Jack, Imelda's terrier. Imelda is professional, thorough and caring. She ensures that they have a home from home experience. “We have been taking our border collie to Kirsty every week (for daycare) since October 2023, and our dog absolutely loves it! Kirsty is professional, experienced and passionate about working with dogs. Shes taken the time to build a good relationship with our dog and learn all his personality and little quirks. She is so attentive and caring, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for doggy daycare/boarding. It’s great peace of mind knowing that your dog is in a happy, safe place while you’re away!”

“I would highly recommend We Love Pets - West Lancs to look after your pets. Helen spent time getting to know us as a family and our dog and his needs. Helen placed us with Heather to look after our dog, she looked after Eddie as if he was her own. She updated us regularly with photos and videos. This completely put our mind at rest whilst away. We Love Pets were professional from start to finish and I would not want to use anyone else for pet boarding.”

“We've used Ella for several years now and she's nothing short of fantastic! Whether we need dog boarding, doggy daycare or nipping in to feed our cats while we are away she is amazing! She's been so helpful as me and my partner often can be working away at the same time, she always is available to help us with our Beagle Benji or our 2 stay-at-home cats. “Fe is amazing, my 2 elderly dogs (both 13 years old) took to her immediately and could recognise her kind spirit. They now have a new spring in their steps and enjoy every walk, even in the rain. They enjoy lots of cuddles too. Fe always lets me know how they have been on their walks which is a great comfort to me, particularly as one of my dogs has a number of health problems. It's so good to know that they are cared for by Fe, thanks so much”

After a bad experience from a previous groomer our dog Luna has been terrified ever since, Dogtown went above and beyond to make sure Luna was comfortable and she actually left wagging her tail! Despite being heavily matted, she loves her new cut just in time for the heat of summer. She feels super soft and smells unreal! I was soo grateful for this because what the transformation they gave our Bella. Would definitely recommend this groomers as they are super friendly, they provide very fast communication response times and provide an exceptional dog cleaning and nail clipping service. Bella is now one very happy, shiny and clean dog, her bow on her collar was also a lovely touch - thank you.”

As the food I’ve had to put my dog on to isn’t readily available in many places I contacted Mark on Thursday morning to ask if he could get it, Friday morning he delivered it to my door. Excellent service & correspondence from Mark in the 24hrs was second to none. I’ll definitely be dealing with him from now on.”

“Extremely helpful staff, if they don't have what you're after then they can probably order it in for you. Plenty of parking outside and whilst the shop isn't obviously wheelchair accessible, the staff will open another door if you need to go in or will serve you at the main door and get your supplies for you if that is all you need from them. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our Corn Snakes' stuff.”

“Truly the most exceptional, professional and supportive vets I ever encountered. I had to bring in my new kitten who suddenly got very ill just a few days ago. I originally took her to a practice closer to me, but the vet grossly misdiagnosed her as just being fussy and getting used to new environment. The vet here, Phoebe immediately spotted she was sick and did all the tests needed to diagnose her. Another vet, Colm who also took care of her, was also so kind and amazing with her and made sure she was not in pain. My sweet kitten sadly passed away yesterday but I know that she was given the absolute best quality care in her final days and did not suffer like she would have done if I listened to the other vet. Even though I now live in Birkenhead, I will still only ever bring my other, adult cat to this practice.”
