   Really sad to see this place is a shadow of its former self. I’ve been a customer since they were in Penyffordd. I stopped going when it was on the industrial estate as it never had stock. Visited screwfix this morning and thought I’d pop in to see the new store. Hardly anything in there, it’s a shadow of its former self. Also the smell of urine from the dog play area is overwhelming, I’m not sure how people eat in there with that smell. I won’t be back sorry

   Great place to take your pup. Our 17 week old boy thoroughly enjoyed the play area, especially the ball pit. Lovely staff, good range of products and nice dog friendly cafe.

   Went to get some Carnilove dog treats very limited stock When l asked one of the several staff members who were grouped talking to each other I was told by a disinterested staff member “All we’ve got are on display They are very popular” So why not order more in then especially as this was a Saturday afternoon possibly the busiest shopping day of the week! I bought some other treats but l don’t think l will be back

   Cute pet store with a spacious cafe, really yummy spinach, sweet potato and cheese pasty, lovely helpful staff, large variety of pet treats. There’s a dog wash too, which seems really popular! Perfect place to be on a rainy day with your little doggies and friends, I’ve only been once, but I’d definitely go again!

   I love this store and not just because it is conveniently right on my doorstep. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, all of them have different nutritional needs. The staff at the store are so friendly and knowledgeable and have advised us on the best foods to buy based on their individual needs. The variety of goods on sale is great too with animal themed houseware and ornaments. The in store automatic dog wash is convenient for muddy paws and the onside cafe means customers can enjoy a cuppa with their 4 legged members of the family. It is obvious that an animal lover has sat down and given a great deal of thought about what they would like to see in a local pet store and has set about providing it for their customers. They have more than succeeded.

   Phoned to see if they had hedgehog food,as only 2 minutes away offered to deliver,excellent service and will use in future although I don't expect them to deliver free in present circumstances
