   EDIT: Suddenly everything changed and went drastically wrong. Split order, no date for delivery, no apology, courier failures, customer service making things up, the initial magic has disappeared within 1 order. Suddenly I was told my business is not important so we will be slowly migrating elsewhere that treats me with decency and honesty. Shame as it all started great. *****After the initial refusal we explained the situation and they agreed to give us a try. The orders are split into different couriers and boxes but arrive next day. No picking mistakes yet and every enquiry answered promptly via emails. The website lags occasionally but considering the size of it we understand. Great promotions all the time and top notch customer services for me.

   As a sole trader starting up a business it's difficult to offer a service to compete with the larger companies out there. Thanks to Ralawise I'm able to offer a wide range of products at a competitive price and because of their stock availability and reliability I'm already growing my customer base at a pace quicker that I initially expected. At the moment I'm having to place smaller orders frequently until I can hold stock but all orders are quickly despatched. Their customer service is excellent and they've always been on hand should I need them. Faultless service all round and giving me the confidence to branch out and grow my business.

   Ordered 6 cartons of tees. Only 3 cartons came. 2 of the cartons were wrong. Asked for replacement goods but they refused as they had no more stock left. Asked for a replacement which was a different colour but refused due to a price difference. Had to let down our customer who we already quoted. Poor customer service and no attempt to resolve. wont be using again.

   I've been a customer with Ralawise for over 10 years. They were my primary supplier. They no longer are. My account manager left, my new one (I'm on the second or third since my original one left), doesn't respond to emails or return telephone calls. Even when he says he will. It isn't my job to chase. Pricing is good, delivery times are very slow since Covid, (between Ralawise and DPD, it usually takes 2 days, if not longer) and then the chances of receiving the correct goods first time are around 50%. It is a shame as the customer service area seem like a really nice bunch of people. However, I need my orders preferably next day and correct, which they just don't seem able to do any longer.

   Good company to work for and great money until you have personal problems. Then they don’t want to know. Was told that I was not good enough and dismissed after 3 month trail period due to not coping very well with the sudden death of a family member. Since then I’ve no longer been fit for work due to anxiety issues and depression.
