Really happy with the service provided for my cat. Friendly staff and informed throughout treatment and during and after operation for spaying. Also required follow up appointments to see how my cat was doing and healing. Highly recommend vet practice.

Debbie, one of the receptionist is the heart and soul of the vets! Always so friendly and welcoming every time I bring my cat, anytime I phone to make an appointment I always wish for Debbie - such a kind woman who makes every visit to the vets so much fun.

I recently had to say goodbye to our beloved cat, Holly, after 14 years. The kindness, compassion, and dignity shown by the whole team at White Cross meant the world to me at such a heartbreaking time. They treated Holly with such care, and supported me through every step. A few days later they saw my other cat Fearne for a check up and were just as gentle and reassuring. Truly grateful for the whole team who care so deeply, I feel lucky to have them looking after Fearne for the future. Thank you all for your kindness during a very sad time.

Everything and more you could want and hope for your fur babies. I know my boy is in safe hands. From the minute you walk in with the warm welcome at reception to the time and care the vet shows. This is a team. Nothing is to much, you can ask as many questions as you want. The vet takes time to get to know them, ask questions about them and is very thorough. When your little one is very sick you're beside yourself with worry, I was given relief and reassurances but most of all I knew Rio was in safe hands. I Know they want to help him and will devote time and effort for him. This is the 1st time since my boy became sick that I've felt hopeful, I feel safe, that I can trust them with Rio and that's everything! I cant say enough good things about this practise. I can't begin to explain how caring and thoughtful they are. How they really do care about your fur babies. How they make you feel reassured and that you're in the right and best place for them. If your looking for a vets that have that caring family feel, if you want a vets that you can really talk to and be listened to, a vets that really does care about your little ones, great reception staff always friendly then this is the vets for you and your fur babies. You will be in safe hands!

A very sympathetic response to my concerns. Very good for car parking. A very good response to requests for appointments.

At White Cross Vets the staff are always welcoming to us and remember us too. They understand the animals can be anxious and nervous amd try to make them feel comfortable and more relaxed. They are very informative in the process and explain if any medication is needed.

On Thursday 27th October, my dog visited White Cross Vets with clear symptoms of a uterus infection and suffering. Sarah the vet brushed all the symptoms off and suggested giving Lola Calpol. The next day I phoned the White cross for an emergency appointment, the receptionist made out she was doing me a favour by giving me an appointment over 3 and half hours later. On arrival again, no emergency steps taken for Lola, we waited 20mins while other dogs skipped in and out of the consultation room. We saw Sarah again, who was β€œshocked” how Lola’s condition had declined (Lola’s condition was the same, but symptoms had become greater), It was now while Lola was on deaths door she acknowledged a uterus infection and informed me Lola was in a critical condition with a high infection levels (borderline sepsis). To cut a long story short, Lola was put down. Sarah the vet failed in her duty of care to look after Lola, it was through pure negligence that Lola died. I will be reporting this surgery to the college of veterinary surgeons and seeking legal advice. To anyone who loves their pets, I would avoid this vets at all cost.

After taking our wonderful dog Beauee to White Cross Vets, we were informed she was very ill, it was confirmed it would be best for her to be put to sleep. The whole process was handled with utmost care and compassion by Sarah and the whole team. Thanks for making this time as comfortable as possible. John, Ann, Alex, Matt
