   Fantastic range of products and exotic pets. The staff have a wealth of knowledge about them all and are more than willing to answer your questions to make sure the animals are ending up at the right home. Some items are on the pricier side but as I was purchasing fish, they were well within reason. Couldn't recommend it more.

   This place is amazing, I love it. I’ll be honest, the staff can come across as stand offish, and the first few times I went I felt extremely uncomfortable and not welcome, I didn’t specifically want to go again, especially as a new customer. But the staff really aren’t once you get to know the shop and the staff a bit more. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about the reptiles etc in their care. The tanks are immaculate and well cared for. The shop is clean, and once you get brave enough to ask questions the staff are fantastic and will go out of their way to help.

   Incredible service. I spontaneously bought out first Python this week. Zero knowledge or experience other than already having a spider. Dave’s customer service was sensational. He told me everything I needed to know, including debunking a lot of BS that tends to circulate the internet. I was able to get everything I needed there and then without delay and he advised me against making some unnecessary purchases - which helped build trust and confidence. I’ve since been back to the shop to collect a few more items along with ask some questions and I had the exact same impressive customer service experience. I am now a customer for life.

   Absolutely fantastic people there. We only went for fish tank plants but as we've only just got our first fish tank they spent ages explaining the best way to start off and tips on managing new fish and water treatment and didn't try to sell us anything in return. Thanks team! Very impressed!

   My daughter and I attended Dave’s reptile experience today. Dave introduced us to some wonderful reptiles he has which could be handled and he gave us lots of information about the reptiles, their traits and habitats. A super 30 minute experience and well worth the money. My daughter is considering a pet snake and he really gave her some valuable advice. Thank you!

   Kind, friendly and informative. Great selection of exotic pets. So if you need a frog, you can get one and a paladarium for it, some substrate not a problem and don't for get food for it, maybe a mate, friend or companion they know about the compatability too.

   Clean, well presented store. Reptiles are kept in naturalistic enclosures which provides enrichment. A few morphs of different animals are available such as hognose, royal python and bearded dragon. All animals had access to clean water and cages were clean which demonstrates that the staff care deeply about the welfare of the animals. They do carry a range of inverts including tarantulas, snails and millipedes. They sell Viv's at reasonable prices and offer discount bundles when buying animal and enclosures together. Plants, vines enrichment items sold on site. They also carry aquarium stock, both fresh and marine.
