He even dropped it round for us this week, as we’d gone away and we needed more for the cat sitter. It’s such an asset to the local area. In the past he’s let us take a little of a new brand home so we can try it with our cat without committing to a big bag, which saves a lot of waste when you’ve got a fussy cat!”

Luis is amazing with him, he has a fantastic knowledge of the breed and has developed a touching bond with Hector. We get prompt reports every week detailing his day. Very reasonable prices, keeps everything tidied up and cleans bowels (we've had messy professional pet sitters before so I'm grateful Rich always left our home spotless). Rich is a lovely guy who is always happy to give us updates when we're away for a while. He also keeps really detailed records of the pets he cares for. So glad we found him!”

“We have had a fantastic experience with Coco Pops. They walk our dog, Gordon, once a week and have done since he was a young puppy. They have massively helped with his confidence with dogs and other people. It's Gordon's favourite day of the week and he is always so excited to be collected! We've also recently started using their daycare and overnight services and Gordon has thoroughly enjoyed those too. We get regular updates and feel very comfortable that he's safe and well taken care of. Jess has been really flexible to arrange plans with and is really easy to communicate with.”

“Truly beautiful settling. The owner here is so considerate and clearly loves the properties very much. All the little touches, from cake in our cottage on arrival, all the amenities you could need (salt, pepper, tea coffee) plus the benefit of dogs allowed AND electric charging point made this 5* for us. I really cannot speak highly enough of this place, it’s been a welcome retreat for us after lockdown. Quality bedding, spacious cosy rooms, functioning facilities, washing and drying amenities plus a large garden area which is impeccably manicured. Would highly recommend. Very rural, but local scenery is very accessible, cheddar gorge is close by plus the seaside at western super mare. Plus cute dogs live here (Harry is the black dog, Louis the golden one is our dog).”

(When I was away, I sent them a text to see how my baby was doing. They quickly replied and gave me the reassurance I needed that he was happy, being well looked after, and spoiled!!
