   Luis is a great cat sitter - trustworthy, friendly, quick to reply to messages, and giving us regular photos to show us how our cat is doing each visit. The updates are very reassuring. The extra services of collecting mail, etc. are also very much appreciated. I'm so glad that we have Poshtails, knowing that we leave our cat in good hands.

   We wouldn't be without Hernando, Luis and their team at Posh Tails. They obviously love dogs and are so good with them. We get photos of Dustin's walks every day and he is always obviously having the best time! They are incredibly reliable and haven't let us down once - we wouldn't be without them!

   Hector our adorable English Bull Terrier has been looked after by Luis for several years now. Luis is amazing with him, he has a fantastic knowledge of the breed and has developed a touching bond with Hector. We get prompt reports every week detailing his day. Luis is always willing to accommodate us when emergencies have arisen for which we are so grateful. We cannot recommend his services highly enough. It feels like Hector is a part of his family - thank you Luis

   I can't praise and recommend Luis and Poshtails enough. My Yorkie Ted really looks forward to his outings with Luis, and occasionally Hernando, appearing to watch the front door for him/ them. Luis has been very adaptable re Teddy's walks due to my various appointments, and has helped me over and above Teddy, by undoing lids, picking up things I can't reach and more. I wish them well with developing Poshtails. Six Stars ⭐

   Luis looked after our cats for a week. We have four, of which one is only 4 months old. So, we were a little concerned about being away and leaving them to be looked after by someone else. As it turned out, Luis did a great job of looking after them. The cats were pleased to see us on our return but, they were relaxed and happy. Also, we felt confident that the cats were being well looked after, as twice daily we were getting photos sent us of them eating, playing and relaxing. Thanks Luis. Mike and Debs

   Amazing service! Luis is such a friendly, reliable and lovely person and took care of our babies in a very professional way. He and Maria sent us photos of them everyday and it was clear that our cats were feeling very confortable with them. We'll definitely use Poshtails again when we go away in the future.    Luis looked after our cat Pedro back in April. He was really friendly and quick at responding to messages before our trip. While we were away, he used an app to provide lots of details and pictures for us after each visit. This was much better than another cat sitting service we’ve used before (not that there was anything wrong with them, this was just better)! We’ll definitely use Poshtails and Luis when we go away again in the future.

   Luis saved our holiday! We were needing a cat sitter last minute as other plans fell through on the day of our travel. He is friendly and responsive.    Luis and Maria provide an excellent pet sitting and dog walking service for our beloved pack. Our cats are quite shy but quickly took a liking to Luis, and our Labrador adores him. We love the photo updates and knowing our animals are in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
