“Our stay at Red Brighton Blue was outstanding. The room was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the water front, pier, and a wide variety of excellent bars, restaurants, and shopping in The Lanes. We highly recommend RBB!”

“Had to make several visits with Minnie in last three weeks to have various tests and she has been diagnosed with Diabetes, needing insulin twice a day. I was quite taken a back by the substantial costs l have had to pay for everything so far, for the consultations, the treatment, tests and medical equipment l had to purchase. I was expecting to pay, but not as much as I have done, and this is still ongoing. Having said that, I could not fault the excellent service and attention Minnie has received so far. 30th July 2025 - Had to visit the vet again today as Minnie is not eating well and still drinking a lot. I had concerns, because I wasn't sure of the amount of insulin dosage l should give her. I phoned them yesterday afternoon and was told that I would receive a phone call that evening, as the vet was at another practice .I did receive the call, and they suggested they would make appointment for today, as vet wanted to see her. I was very grateful for the quick response. Vet did some more tests today, and her glucose levels were much to high. They want her to be monitored, and suggested she spends a whole day with them under supervision, so she goes in on Tuesday next week. I cannot fault the attention they have been giving her, and I can see that they care about the animals and do all they can to help them live the rest of their lives in comfort and painless.”

“Wonderful service, I would not trust my assistance dog to be walked by anyone else but me! But Poppy service is personal, reliable ands my dog seems to be smiling when he returns home from his 3 times a week pack walk with Poppy for an hour. She is always prepared for the weather conditions, like water for all the dogs when out, when hot! My dog adores her, and gets so excited when waiting for her to arrive!”

“They have been super helpful in trying to sort dog sitting cover for emergencies. Our dog loves a trip over to see Laura. It’s great to know he’s in good hands. Great, friendly local service :-)”

“Our pups B+M love their time with We love pets. They’ve visited for stay overs with their boarding service while we have been away and have had many walking sessions. We know they love their time with Kirsty and Matt as anytime we walk past them or their house our pups get extremely excited. It’s really comforting knowing B+M are with people they’re comfortable with and who obviously love animals. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.”

“Clare is amazing, has never let us down and my two dogs love when she comes in everyday. She plays with one and cuddles the other just how they like it and she also keeps us updated by sending photos and messaging us of how their day is going. So thankful we found her”

“I stayed at No.27 B&B in the Villiers room, and it was absolutely spotless. Wayne and Diego were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, helping us with our bags and any questions we had. Breakfast was lovely, and hosts were both very considerate about our allergies. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thanks, Wayne and Diego - you have a beautiful place.”

“I love this shop! Hannah is very helpful and knowledgable. We regularly ask advice from Hannah and always buy Riley's kibble and treats from her. For such a small shop it has an incredible range of food, treats, toys and accessories for dogs, cats, birds and other pets. It's fab!”

“Excellent service visiting the area for a few days and my dog who had been sick unexpectedly. Nothing to do with her surroundings or people as visits regularly. Managed to fit me in same day appointment. My dogs tail wagging for the first time in 2 days. Here till Saturday and advised if tge injection and meds don't work within 72 hours bring her back as they will keep her medical records open. Fantastic vets thank you for putting my mind at ease so quickly and looking after Sky.”

“Well, what a lovely experience for my nervous little rescue Frenchie! Up until today she wouldn’t let strangers pick her up, not even her vet is allowed to put her on a table and examines her on the floor. Within 60 seconds of entering Pugs in a tub she was up in on of the guys arms! When I collected her they had even managed to clip her claws for me which I was amazed at as she doesn’t let people touch her paws!! She’s currently sprawled on the sofa enjoying (noisily) her rabbits ear… thank you guys, amazing job and care!”

“First time visit, first time owner of a very large dog. The guy in the shop was really friendly and patient with me, answered all my questions. I left really happy that I'd found this shop. A proper shop, not impersonal like some pet supermarkets, a real proper shop. Sorry it's just the 5 stars, but that's all there are.”

She is amazing, so thorough and my dog comes out looking perfect, crystal clean and also has her teeth done with the ultrasonic brush. Thanks for always looking after my girl. She’s usually an anxious dog but is always happy here.”

Fantastic pet shop, well stocked with all I need for my labrador - Susie and Nick were really lovely and it was a pleasure to chat with them both. “Our little Italian Greyhound Whippet cross hates getting her nails clipped but all the staff at Brighton Pet Spa were very understanding, persistent and caring and got the job done! Highly recommend and will be back to get our pooches claws trimmed.”

They go above and beyond for my little doggo and are always on hand to support. My dog loses her mind when they come and collect her and is always so happy to see them, if that’s not the sign of a great dog walker, then I don’t know what is! Couldn’t recommend more.”

Best hair cut I think they have ever had in their lives. Allison was so attentive and careful asking about any requirements or issues they had. “I recently placed on an online order with A Coombs pet centre. I'm so impressed. I'm usually a bit nervous ordering from smaller companies but the delivery, speed and customer service was amazing. My cat has a condition and the vet gave me some recommendations for food for my fussy cat. I like that they sell some of these more unusual monoprotein/hypoallergenic cat foods which seem hard to find online. They also sell the hills and royal canin wet foods in bulk and by the sachet/tin and it seems rare that companies sell by the sachet/tin and this is so helpful to try before you buy in bulk. I actually found them by asking chat GPT to find a retailer that sold all the foods I needed to purchase. I emailed them on a Saturday morning with a query and they got back to me within an hour, I placed an order about 9am and my order had arrived by 2pm the following day to Cornwall! That was with the free delivery. I'm really impressed and will be ordering from them again in the future.”
