cozy and lovely room. small but well thought and perfect for a single traveller. there was no in person exchange, everything went through (smoothly) by texts. situated right near the sea front but 15/20mn away from the popular street of Brighton.
What a delicious find. I stayed in the Fitzherbert room. Beautifully decorated throughout with thoughtful touches that elevate your stay. Location is perfect for the beach and dining. Recommend this space whole heartedly.
I stayed at No.27 B&B in the Villiers room, and it was absolutely spotless. Wayne and Diego were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, helping us with our bags and any questions we had. Breakfast was lovely, and hosts were both very considerate about our allergies. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thanks, Wayne and Diego - you have a beautiful place.
The room I stayed in - Great. I had the smallest, which is perfect for 1 person. I would Live in a room like this, even though it is pretty small, it's that nice. Best shower I ever had. The service - good. I had the foresight to request a contact number - that was how I got the Wi-Fi password, which was not provided otherwise. The location - Okay. It's a long residential block away from the action, and as a solo traveler I wasn't sure I wanted to navigate that alone after a pub crawl late at night
We stayed in the Thomas Kemp Suite for a week in June 2025. From start to finish we enjoyed the flexibility of being able to chill out in the lounge and being able to have the outside space to sit and have a drink in the evenings. The suite is exactly as it is shown in the pictures , clean, comfortable and 10 minutes walk from The hospital. From booking to checking out, nothing was too much trouble ,it was great to be able to purchase parking permits in advance and be left at the suite for check in. Would definitely stay again , thank you .
A very comfortable and spotlessly clean room reflecting themes from the Royal Pavillion and the Prince Regent. Hence, the girrraffe references. Great shower and a comfortable bed.
Excellent couple of nights and very handy for the town centre where I was attending a course. I had a nice quiet backroom. Anthony was a great host. Would definitely stay there again
I was there in early summer 2022, I seemed to have forgotten fo review my stay! It's a stunning place, beautiful decor, great quality design amd very comfortable. Anthony is wonderful and helpful. I loved my 1st floor room and breakfast was superb! I'll be back!
I stayed at 27 Brighton guesthouse for 3 nights while attending a conference. From the moment I arrived to checking out, Anthony took good care of me. Daily treats in my room and a lovely breakfast, with some nice recommendations made my trip very enjoyable. I look forward to returning again soon!
Antony was a very considerate and welcoming host. The room was very clean with lots of personal touches like freshly baked muffins and complimentary prosecco. The bed was comfortable and the shower/ bathroom very clean and stocked with the essentials. Antony also provided lots of local recommendations and knowledge. On my next journey to Brighton I will be staying here. Highly recommended.
