“Our stay at Red Brighton Blue was outstanding. The room was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. The location is great, within easy walking distance to the water front, pier, and a wide variety of excellent bars, restaurants, and shopping in The Lanes. We highly recommend RBB!”
“Brilliant guys down here ,used for the first time, super friendly as soon as I walked through the door, Tom the senior stylist is brilliant! Definitely will be returning, breath of fresh air cheers gents!”
“Mermaid Cottage is a wonderful place to stay. Everything was very clean on our arrival. The bed was super comfortable! There is nothing about this place to complain about. The location was great too, within walking distance to the seafront and so many restaurants/shops”
“I cannot recommend Student Brighton highly enough- my son has just vacated his student flat after 2 very happy years. Nick and team were always super responsive, professional and friendly. Great communication throughout the tenancy. Thank you!”
“I stayed at No.27 B&B in the Villiers room, and it was absolutely spotless. Wayne and Diego were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, helping us with our bags and any questions we had. Breakfast was lovely, and hosts were both very considerate about our allergies. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Thanks, Wayne and Diego - you have a beautiful place.”
“We have returned recently from 'one week' stay at 'The Old Flower Field Lodges', where we had the MOST AMAZING time. Our stay was made so much more enjoyable b/c of our hosts 'Shaun' and 'Sue' who run the business. The lodges were extremely comfortable, all the home comforts you need to make your stay more enjoyable / relaxing. Additionally, laundry and 'disabled / wheelchair' friendly (seated) shower facility is available for guests. Regretfully, we returned home on Saturday. Anyone looking for great location to stay, near to south-coast, home comforts and excellent hosts, we recommend you look at booking time at The Old Flower Field Lodges'.”
“Debbie is fantastic! She showed us the facility when we dropped off our two cats and talked us through their stay. She also sent us lots of pictures and videos of them when we were away. It was so reassuring to see how happy they were! Debbie introduced them to lots of different games and toys too. Thanks again!”
“I had an amazing stay at this cozy big house! The location couldn’t be better – right in the city center, just a short walk to the sea. I loved waking up and being able to grab a coffee from one of the nearby cafes before strolling along the beach. There are so many great restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is right at your doorstep. The house itself is super comfortable and has a really homey feel. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere – it felt like a little retreat, but still close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!”
“I have stayed here once a year for the last 3 years. It’s so peaceful and lodges are excellent quality and have everything you need inside them. Modern, comfortable, dog friendly, hot tub cleaned daily. Reception is extremely helpful. The owners are really accommodating and can’t do enough for you and your stay! Lovely walks and pubs to visit in walking distance. We always look forward to coming back year after year!”
“Didn't use the spa here but it looked lovely. The room decor was really nice. It's clean, comfortable and we could see the sea from our window. Easy walk to the Lanes from here, and some lovely places for breakfast nearby.”
“Roses outside, curiosity inside. This place caught my eye immediately — green walls, wood accents, and plants spilling over every corner. Someone clearly cared about this space. It was packed, which made taking photos tricky, but I still managed to steal a few frames that felt worth it. The blonde girl at the bar greeted me with a smile. Didn’t stay for coffee this time — I was here for the light, the textures, and the visual mood. But something tells me I’ll be back, with time to sit.”
“I’ve stayed here three times now and will continue to come back! It’s such a beautiful hotel and the staff are so welcoming and lovely! They have a great breakfast menu! Very clean and felt super comfortable staying here !! It’s also so close to everything ♥️”
“Fantastically friendly, accommodating and charming hosts. Fun and quirky interiors. Incredibly clean. Located moments from the seafront. Really delicious breakfasts using good ingredients. Even the coffee and tea selection in the room is well stocked and well thought out. I'd definitely stay here again when I'm next in Brighton!”
“This is a regency building in Brighton, tall and narrow, so plenty of stairs in an old house! It is a charming place to stay if you are intending to enjoy a few days in Brighton. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, even if you may need to climb some stairs to get there. The common areas and dining area are pretty fab - a bit of a funky take, but the regency bones are front and centre and very well presented. Breakfast is continental - normally enough to give me hives! but here it is two serveries groaning with fruit, yoghurt, bread, cold meat, cheese and soft boiled eggs. There is toast, tea and coffee served to your table. We really enjoyed breakfast. The best thing about Brighton House though is the welcome. Staff are smiley and happy, interested in their visitors and can’t do enough for them. From the chat on arrival, the greetings as you come and go and the breakfast service- all the way through to the farewell when you drop off the keys, you feel that these people love their job. Thank you all for making us feel so at home.”
“Great time at the Cappadocia house Great vibes Room clean , great view , loved the Turkish lamps by the bedsides The caffee spot on , lovely coffee and cakes Recommend this place.”
“Stayed here in a tent. I'm a solo traveller, so it cost me £49 for two nights. Facilities were top class and clean. There is a freezer in the block close to the reception. They don't have a shop, but there are plenty of shops a short distance away, including a large Asda. There is also a small bistro on-site that sells fresh pizza, pealla and lasagne etc. Easy walking distance to the marina. The town is about 45 minutes walk. I used the bus at £2.50 each way. The bus is the 1X and the bus stop is opposite Lidl a short walk away. You catch the same 1X back at bus stop C on north street (close to the royal pavilion) There is access to the south downs walk a short walk away, so plenty to do.”
“We have had wonderful stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Traveling with 1 year old baby we needed peace, quiet and cleanliness to be on top and Staybridge delivered all of that. Everyone was so very friendly and welcoming - from breakfast team, everyone at the reception and housekeeping staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble for anyone - any requests we had, any queries was promptly dealt with. Breakfast served each day was fresh and a selection was good. Special thanks to Elena and Inta for making our stay worry and stress free.”
“Had a wonderful stay at the Sea Spray Hotel! The location is perfect, right opposite the seafront and Brighton Pier. The room was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with local recommendations. A lovely hotel that offers great value and a personal touch. Would definitely stay again! 10/10”
“Good accommodation with great snack boxes and generous tea/coffee but tiny bathroom (shower, loo and handbasin crammed in a tiny space) means it can only score 4. Never saw any staff so didn't rate service, but they did organise parking permit. Location is good five to ten minutes from centre. Feel I'm rating it lower than it deserves.”
“Been coming to The Lodge for a while now to get my hair cut and coloured - the staff are all so friendly and Kelly who does my hair is amazing. Thankyou so much!”
“A warm welcome and cozy room for ourselves - and our dog! Jaynie is an excellent host and serves a delicious breakfast in the morning. We loved the location right across from the beach, which was perfect for walks along the sea.”
“Fantastically delicious apartment in beautiful surroundings - we will come again”
“First class spacious apartment seconds from the beach There is a real wow factor when you walk through the door into the spotless open plan appartment. What a gem, in the heart of The Lanes and seconds from the sea front. There is everything you need, and more, for a perfect stay in Brighton. Amazing hosts who did everything to make our stay one to remember forever.”
“We had an excellent stay, great room, good food and best of all the staff. Our check in was very good (Poppy if I remember correctly). Mario the maitre d at breakfast was really great. You remembered it was our 40th anniversary which was nice. When we left we both agreed yt had been a great stay and we would return. All the staff had given great service ( and more friendly than the Savoy). Thank you”
“Many people are there long term and I thought it was interesting that they requested I paid via bank transfer but I was having issues and they were very accommodating and let me pay in person. Staff is kind and helpful. There wasn’t lockers for storing your bags in the rooms. But the location is so phenomenal!”
“The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are absolutely incredible. I want to extend a special thanks to Annie, Jerome, and Jake for their exceptional service and kindness throughout my stay. The reception team are also fantastic so friendly and helpful. My room offered a beautiful sea view, it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming experience.”
“We had a great stay with my extended family in this house in Brighton. It was very large, well equipped, pleasantly furnished and clean. The location was first rate. Extremely close to the Pier, beach and the Lanes. The owner was also very helpful. Hopefully, we will return again in the next couple of years.”
“I have now stayed in two of there rooms and by far the best I have stayed in, beds are very comfy, big nice size rooms would recommend to anyone who asks for a good hotel to stay in.”
“We had a great stay at LimeHouse - amazing location and I think we had one of the best rooms with beautiful wooden floorboards and a view of the sea from the bay windows that let lots of light in with the shutters open. The photos on the website are no exaggeration. My girlfriend choose this place because of the great location and we weren't disappointed - it's about 5/10 minutes from everything, maybe a bit more to the train station. The rooms were incredibly clean which I really like and the staff very helpful and Anna was especially friendly. They also recommended a lot of breakfast spots as they don't serve it which I quite liked as you get to a few different local cafes.”
“Wouldn't bother with any stars place terrible, mould everywhere, cooker painted!! and dirty ,owners response was well it is cheap. Don't waste your holiday or money”
