βExcellent service from Grace & George! Never laid waterproof matting, or tile backboards before in my life, Grace gave me a short breakdown and confidence of how to lay it. George & Peter were also very very helpful! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!β

βGreat walking experience. Easy parking, though you need to pay. Be aware of fake QR code sticker's on the payment machine. I use the payment app too be safe. There's a regular bus service between Eastbourne and Brighton which stops along various points of the seven sisters walk and Nd the the walk to Newhaven. So it's very easy to catch a bus back to your car.β
βBeautiful serene setting creating a sombre atmosphere paying homage to the Indian soldiers who fought in WW1 and died in the makeshift hospital in Royal Pavilion. The location is not easily accessible, we took the bridle path and walked for around 45 mins to reach the monument. The path is quite steep and uphill. There is a narrow road which is where Google map was suggesting to use but we parked just off the main road and walked.β
βReally nice little cafe. Bright and colourful and the girl serving from South Africa was really friendly! We only ordered drinks and some chips to eat outside (17.08.24 about 15:25) and we were served quickly. Chips were brought out to the table for us outside so we didnβt need to wait for them. Will definitely go back - the burgers that the chef was cooking looked DELICIOUS and so did the chicken wings that we saw them taking out!β
βHave enjoyed food from Moyos since they opened their first place. The passion and attention from here is second to none! Cannot recommend it enough. Quality hot and tasty food served with a smile. Try everything you will not be disappointed! Plantain bites really lush too. Cajun chips fluffy and crunchy. Just the best. And the burgers just wow wow wow!β
βPeter and his team have just installed new speakers, a subwoofer, charging sockets and Bluetooth connectivity on my 88 Trans Am. Their communication throughout, along with great customer service made the entire process straightforward and stress free. All the staff that I had dealings with were an absolute pleasure and couldnβt have been more helpful. Iβm very happy with their workmanship and professionalism too.β
βCompleted my RYA 1&2 with Brighton Watersports. The instructors were great - patient, competent and thorough. Doing the training in fresh water at Piddinghoe is perfect for beginners as there's no tide to worry about and club house provides a warm refuge if you fall in.β
βI took my toddler for his first haircut today. Stef was amazing and my toddler loved the experience. He was so calm and even gave Stef a high five at the end. Highly recommend for little ones!β
βWe had a delicious vegan lunch at Wild Cherry. We shared a vegan sausage roll, roasted pepper with chickpeas and bulghur and mushroom lasagna. We also picked up a few things from the deli. We really recommend this place!β
βLovely friendly environment for patients and their friends/family. CafΓ¨ was a welcome retreat before or after treatment. Thank you all.β
βMassive grounds with something for everybody; lakeside and woodland walks, a zoo, children's play atea and a couple of cafes - we visited the walled garden cafe. The grounds are dog-friendly and there is plenty of space for families and picnics.β
βStunning park especially in the autumn, for all its vibrant colours as the trees begin to shed their leaves. Springtime brings snowdrops and other early risers, once again a feast on for the eyes. Your usual national trust cafe, shop & garden shop are all present, as well as a street food stall plus a snacks & hot drinks wagon. Plenty of walks to choose from, the shorter ones for the lakes are the favourites for most people.β
βWe had a all day rider from a virgin experience and it was a brilliant day out. Just sit back and imagine yourself in the days gone by when steam locomotives were everywhere. The amount of work that has gone into the restoration of the trains and stations is unbelievable. Everything has been built, designed and styled perfectly. Even the staff were dressed in immaculate period clothing. The trains looked great and sounded great. We went from Sheffield park to east Grinstead and went to town for lunch. On the way back you can get off at all the stations and explore the stations, picnic areas, museums and buildings. Sheffield park seems to be the main one and had a lovely museum. The day is what you make it. If you just want the ride the fine but if you explore a bit further then you will discover so much history. The pulling coaches looked so stylish. Halloween and Xmas events are in the diary.β
βAlways a great day out at Fishers Farm. We travel from Wiltshire to meet friends half way. Iβm happy to see some investment has been made to the park. The new entrance building with the gift shop is lovely. The woodland forest has been completely re done (photos attached). We are excited to try the ringos ramp when itβs finished next time we come as that was still being worked on. We especially loved the new baby sensory area inside. Thanks all for a l other great visit, see you again soon!β
βThis is a great place to bring the kids for lunch. They have delicious ice creams. Also the portions are good sized. Itβs not expensive at all and itβs quite tasty. The people are quite nice, accommodating and really friendly. Itβs right in the park and next to the paddling pool so the kids can have loads of fun here, you can really spend the day, and have loads of fun recommended.β
βWe just had a truly wonderful dining experience at Moonstone and simply had to share it. This restaurant in Brighton is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Every dish we tried was bursting with amazing flavours and felt so fresh. The staff were really nice and the price was so convenient for the incredible quality and generous portions. I felt the meal was exceptionally good value. We will definitely go back.β
βGood park Pretty quarry and good paths most of which have gravel overlayed so it doesnβt get muddy, although the forest paths are quit muddy year round so hiking books would be recommended unless you plan on walking in the bushes :)β
βNow is the time to visit the bluebells in Stamner Woods (late April). Nature at its finest. Great for tracking, dog walks and cycling.β
βI used Mark Stocker at Parfitt Cresswell solicitors for conveyancing during our recent house move . The work that he did for us was exemplary in every way. He was always available and approachable. He gave us excellent advice and kept in regular touch with our estate agent. He was a very reassuring presence throughout the process.β
βGreat for short or long walks. Seasonal variations in the trees with changing colours, especially in Autumn make this place special. Free parking plus toilets and a dog dip area if neededβ
βEXCELLENT day out!!! Perfect for our 5 year old, animals, dinosaurs, rides, play areas, splash zone, soft play... What more could you want! It had a great balance of everything, an excellent and reasonably priced gift shop, lots of picnic areas / benches. We were there the whole day 10am - 6pm and could have been longer, very tempted to buy an annual pass even though we live an hour away. Great day out!β
βGreat value for money, staff in shop and entrance booth very friendly and helpful. Lots to do rain or shine. Brilliant place.β
βGarry has just burnished and converted my 2018 Range Rover Sport into a pristine new vehicle obliterating all the hedgerow marks and other damage to the bodywork. Superb work and added thousands to its value. Mike Andersonβ
βLovely old Victorian architecture and ample seating. A great place to relax and see a show. Friendly staff and a good variety of snacks and drinks available. Please may I say a special thank you to the female usher with the short hair who was kind enough to assist me on Saturday 6th December at the 2pm pantomime performance (Peter pan) I was embarrassingly overcome by a fear of heights and she was so compassionate and understanding and found me and my family new seats. Thank you so much to this member of staff who is a credit to the Devonshire.β
βFirst time I been to big park what great place to go too, 2 minutes walk to park met my friend there with her dogs. Nice cafe, had a coffee and piece of carrot cake yum yum. Very friendly in the cafe and other people there enjoy there self, one thing like to say the kids and teenagers we spoke to very polite.β
βThe new chef produced the most tasty and well presented small plates this evening. Simply delicious, we really enjoyed it and can't wait for when the roasts start in a couple of weeks.β
βI felt well looked after by my hygienist and the team at Preston Park Dental Clinic as I have very sensitive gums and teeth and have anxiety around dental work. Thank you for your care and patience!β
βGreat venue, great beers, owned by hand brew co, drank dipas, milds, tipas and aleβ
βI had the pleasure of dealing with Victoria Wilkinson at Taylor Rose in Brighton. Victoria uses language that is easy to understand and she will explain matters in a very understandable manner. I found that she replies to communications very quickly, sometimes within moments of you having pressed the send key. I have purchased a few properties over the years and found Victoria to be spot on. If you are buying or selling a property then I would recommend not only Taylor Rose but ask for Victoria Wilkinson to deal with your case if you want the best conveyancer in the business.β
