“We loved our dinner at The Royal Indian! We arrived after a long day of travel and they kindly accommodated us when we didn’t have a reservation. The staff is kind and knowledgeable and helped explain the dishes. We recommend highly and have a wonderful memory to bring back to the United States!”
“Absolutely incredible experience at Manju’s. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The food is some of the best vegetarian cuisine I’ve ever had, every dish packed with flavour, beautifully presented, and served with genuine warmth. You can tell everything is made with love and tradition. The setting is cosy and intimate, and the personalised service made it feel extra special. A true gem in Brighton, book ahead and don’t miss it!”
“Customer friendly service provided Naasta team. Regularly we order with Naasta, best spicy curry ever, love the Chicken tikka, the wraps, masala fries, butter chicken for kids and fast delivery. Quality chicken, highly recommend and will be ordering again! Every week we ordered .”
“We just had a truly wonderful dining experience at Moonstone and simply had to share it. This restaurant in Brighton is an absolute gem, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Every dish we tried was bursting with amazing flavours and felt so fresh. The staff were really nice and the price was so convenient for the incredible quality and generous portions. I felt the meal was exceptionally good value. We will definitely go back.”
“Such an amazing meal in an intimate cosy setting. The Octoberbest menu is brilliant as is the service! Extra thanks for the swaps :))”
“The food was incredible. The attention to detail was second to none. Immaculately presented with flavours to match. Three of us enjoyed the "experience" from the menu.. and it was just that. I highly recommend trying this. I will definitely return in the near future. Cheers!”
“Really cute and colourful restaurant. The staff was super polite and kind. We had the Thali and it's rare that every element tastes good. This was some of the best Indian food I've had and I would highly recommend this place if you can never choose what to get at an Indian place ;)”
“Called in on a whim on a rainy Monday night. Ordered my usual affair: onion bhajis, chicken tikka jalfrezi, pilau rice, peshwari nann. Really great flavours in everything and a nice kick of spice as expected. Generous portions, bring your own beer and good value for money. Service was pleasant when needed but left me to get on with it! A proper curry for those times when the posh one's at company events don't quite hit the spot. I'll definitely be returning when back in Brighton.”
“I'm so used to eating chapatis that are thick as a carpet and it was a delight to find a proper thin whole-wheat roti here.(I bought a few extras to take home and freeze). Paneer pahadiya and chicken pahadiya were flawless and the side dishes were all also excellent. No batch cooking here, all freshly prepared and with interesting careful flavours. The owner is a sweetheart and very gently hospitable. This is one of those hidden gems- don't miss it if you appreciate authentic south Asian food. Extremely reasonably priced too!”
“We visited on a Tuesday night and our meal, the service and value here were excellent. The poppadoms and pickles were spot on! We then shared Chicken Shashlik, a sizzling plate with lots of fresh onion, pepper and tomato, and lamb biryani which was full of flavour and closer to what we've eaten in India than most UK restaurants. That was plenty of food for us both, and we left very well satisfied!”
“It’s a family restaurant so it’s meant they work hard for the name and the food . I ordered chicken tikka biryani it’s was fabulous and delicious i ordered it again the next day . The restaurant was super clean and the staff was always smiling and helpful with your order . The portion is more than enough and ingredients was high grade and amazing. The wifi was very fast . I really recommend this restaurant.”
“Decided to get a takeaway delivered so I could watch Brighton play their semi final. What a great decision. My food turned up hot and no errors on my order. I asked for a Chicken Tikka Vindaloo Hot,Hot,Hot. I added a special request for an addition of some bird eye chillies if possible. The food was superb. 1xVindaloo Hot Hot Hot. 1x Mushroom Rice 5 Poppadoms + Pickles etc. 1 King Prawn Puree 1 Onion Bahjees. Delicious 100% recommended.”
“Been waiting to try the black and cod for over a year finally managed to get there highly recommend taster menu for two service and decor was absolutely exquisite. Food was awesome but definitely be back big thank you Minty and Blanca”
“Truly tasty food which we would highly recommend! We'd got used to some pretty average take-aways in recent years, but Spice Village really is an exception to standard fare! We ordered Veg Shathkora, Chicken Jalfrezi and the superb 'Beans and Cashew Nut Porial' side dish, and found all dishes very nicely cooked. Will certainly be going back...”
“The food was amazing first time I've had a curry from Blue Asia I highly recommend them.”
“Hadn't been here for a couple of years. Got a takeaway and the quality of food was much better than you'd expect for the price. I'll be going back again.”
“My partner and I are visiting Brighton and decided to have dinner here. We couldn’t have found a better restaurant! The food was amazing, they catered very well for vegans and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend visiting.”
“I have tried most well established Indian restaurants in the UK and this is the best Indian restaurants I have ever visited in the UK. The dishes which were exciting were mutton chukka, dosai varieties, butter milk and coffee. Must try these dishes when you visit. When you ask for coffee, please ask for strong one if you are a fan of kumbakonam coffee drinker (if you don't get one, again request to make it strong like I did). However, the chilli parrota, fish curry and fish fry were average taste. In curd vada the vada needs to be socked to taste even better. The ambience was really great with Tamil songs. Try to book a table of you visiting over a weekend or bank holidays.”
“I just had the set meal for 2 which was fantastic. Fed 3 of us with plenty left over too. Food came piping hot and fresh. Would recommend and will definitely be using them again.”
“A nice Indian restaurant by West Worthing station. Food was great, the service was quite fast, staff were friendly and accommodating.”
“Extremely friendly staff and good food. Probably the best indian food I ever had.”
“We had an absolutely brilliant meal here. The service was incredibly helpful and attentive with all aspects of the menu. We had 2 starters, 2 mains, 1 rice and 1 naan and left very satisfied and full. All was cooked very well and the flavours were delicious. There was a great selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes, all labelled on the menu, and the staff were very helpful with any questions we had about the cooking of the dishes. Couldn't recommend more for a lovely meal!”
“Wow! Went on recommendation. Glad we booked as it was packed at 1930 on a Saturday. Beautiful decor. Friendly staff. Quick service. Food to die for at a really reasonable price. I'll be back the next time I'm in Worthing for sure!”
“Went there with my girlfriend today, for her 20th birthday and we was both in love with there food was delicious and the staff there was on point making sure we didn’t need anything, couldn’t recommend this resturant more , few people mentioned it to us as we was looking for a Indian and so glad we went there”
“Kamal is our favourite curry place. We don't order from anywhere else now because it is always disappointing! If we fancy curry on a Tuesday when they are shut we either bite the bullet and cook or get a completely different cuisine! Totally recommend them!”
“The food quality and flavours continue to be First Class. My personal dish of King Prawn Pathia was out of this world. The prawns were so large it made the dish almost surreal. The spices were also truly delicious. Ali was serving us. He was knowledgeable and engaging, also ensuring that we were satisfied with our meal. The quality is definitely a stand out, in my opinion. I would highly recommend.”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I recently dined at Malika Restaurant & Bar, and I must say, the food here is simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with authentic flavors and spices that transported me straight to India. The service was attentive and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. We started off our dinner with Bombay Bhel and I highly recommend trying their Chana Masala and Fish Curry– it's a must-try! The ambiance was also lovely, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable meal. I will definitely be returning to savor more of their delicious offerings. This place is a true gem for anyone who loves Indian cuisine!" Finally, a special mention about the owner Mr. Praful Patel for his generous and welcoming attitude. God bless and all the best... I am definitely coming back...”
“I could say best Indian food i have had ever ! Lots flavour also Customer service is the best too , thank you guys”
“A very warm welcome set the tone of tasteful dishes and a lovely atmosphere. I ordered a veggie chart, butter chicken with boiled rice, yoghurt and side salad. Very filling and fresh. Pavel was sincere, kind and genuine. You could feel the passion in the service. Will definitely visit again.”
“Amazing food I have been using their takeaway for years when they were based in Shoreham. When they moved to Worthing, I was very excited to enjoy their food in their very well decorated restaurant. They still deliver to Shoreham as well which is perfect for those lazy evenings. The staff are wonderful and treat everyone like family, they are happy to change dishes to your preferences and dietary requirements, lovely big portions and always delicious they even bring it out on a little cart, so you get all your food at once. I recommend this restaurant that wants to try real Indian cuisine. This restaurant will always be my go-to Indian even if its just for a takeaway.”
