The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver cheerful and didn't throw us around like peas in a pod! Booking done over messages which I prefer as it means both parties have confirmation. I recieved a message to confirm all was ok, a message when the vehicle was with me(early!) and a message when the vehicle was there for the pick up. “Super good service and helpful staff! Short note: From the Netherlands, I organised a multi-day hike for my family. For the luggage transfer, I first contacted another company, they were not so accessible. On the contrary, with South Down Taxis the communication went very smoothly and we made good arrangements with them. During the walk in England itself, things did not always go smoothly, partly due to my fault and partly due to mistakes made by the hotel where the luggage went. At pick-up, they were even at a closed door. There were some contact moments with South Down Taxis and they always remained correct, friendly and helped to solve the problem.
