Flights were cancelled on way back last minute both Jason and Alex were understanding and more concerned we were ok than the fact we had to cancel last minute. Once we were able to finally book another flight 3 days later again they went above and beyond to make sure we were able to be collected. “Had the good fortune to be referred to Steve at Essa Taxis for a run to Exeter airport and back at very unsociable hours. Steve was excellent all round , punctual, courteous but more than that really company on the journeys. He is happy to be contacted by text and we did this just to keep in touch as our flights were six weeks apart, but Steve was there waiting for us on our return - no problem. For a long trip like this Steve is also very competitive on price. This was a really relaxing way to start and finish our holiday. Highly recommended we'll have no hesitation in calling Steve again for future trips.”

“I can highly recommend this taxi service. My driver (whom I believe is the owner) was punctual, reliable, and went over and beyond to get me to my destination on time. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable, which meant that we were able to get around traffic and road blocks where necessary. I was in a rush and my driver worked very hard to ensure I arrived at my destination on time, which made all the difference. I will definitely be using them again.”

“We have used No Hassle Travel for a third time this year, and this time our driver, Chris, picked us up at 2:30 am for our departure flight. He diligently checked our flight details, including our return journey. However, I mistakenly provided the wrong pick-up date for our return, indicating it was on Friday instead of Saturday at 2:45 am. Fortunately, Chris and Lisa from the office worked together to rearrange our transportation and informed us while we were abroad that they would collect us on the correct date. This was a great relief to us. We received excellent service from them, and I highly recommend their services.”

Jay was fully booked but we called again expressing we were completely stuck, lost and stranded and offered to pay double, only paid £10 and he went out of his way to give us a taxi. 10/10. “I would like to leave a review for the taxi driver Mark. Me and friend were on holiday and we were needing to sort a taxi, but it also had to be dog friendly, and we were so happy to hear this was ok. I had been without my important daily medication for two days at this point, despite multiple attempts to try and sort them, the easiest way was apparently 3 train stops away from where we were on holiday. Mark was our driver and it was a pleasure, he was so friendly and kind and he was so lovely and accommodating of my friends dog too, as much as to get him a treat when we re-booked him later. We had a good long talk about Star Wars too. Thank you Mark”

“We had an over night sailing from Plymouth to Roscoff. The outside cabin was perfect. Comfortable beds, en suite with tea and coffee making equipment and biscuits even a TV. Return trip was a day time sailing. We sat on deck and enjoyed the sunshine. Very well organised efficient embarking at both of the ports. Excellent service all round.”

Cat is reliable, punctual, exceptionally courteous and he and his cars are always immaculate. He operates as a sole proprietor so you do need to pre-book to guarantee his availability but he’s always very responsive on WhatsApp and confirms promptly. We have used him for three years now and would be happy to recommend him.”
