“We had two lovely experiences with Paul’s taxis. We came across to Isle of Wight as foot passengers on Red Funnel, and I called to get a taxi out to Ventnor’s Botanic Gardens. When we were done at the gardens a few hours later, we called again to be picked up and taken back. The fares were decent, and Paul’s was prompt - picking us up exactly when they said they would, and they were honest about lead times to get to us so that we could plan accordingly, which we truly appreciated. One thing to note , should you wish to take additional fuel with you, you only take 5litres..Or you have to get rid of it.You will not be allowed to board. 20litres and the Gerry can was left with a builder nearby..He was happy, we not so. Excellent crossing, breakfast pretty good.Staff real pleasant to interact with.”

Andy was their driver and I’m told he was really helpful and the Mercedes MPV, was spacious and comfortable . There was also no problem for him to stop for my pregnant daughter in law when she needed a ‘comfort break!’ Booking the journey was easy and the company was very accommodating using our own car seat for the toddler. The whole experience was professional and a pleasure. We will certainly use them again.”
