Once you are registered and your prescriptions have been confirmed they will be delivered to you without you having to order them. Great service. To ad to this, the service is brilliant and the delivery personnel are always very friendly. I'm very pleased”

“Vets Now made a stressful experience a whole lot easier. First phone call was very useful with clear instructions. First vet we saw was very informative and gave our cat a thorough examination. He was kind and gave us clear information about how cat would be cared for. She stayed in and he called twice with an update. Unfortunately their ultrasound wasn't working so we couldn't get a full diagnosis. When we picked her up the next morning 2nd vet explained clearly about her care and how to proceed. We took her home and Vets Now had also informed our vets who called in the day to check up. Receptionist was kind and friendly and helpful as she explained how to deal with insurance”
